Stylishly furnished with modern decors, this charming 30m² studio is close to Paris' top attractions, such as the Place du Trocadero and the Paris Aquarium! It is on the 7th floor, accessible with an elevator.

The apartment has a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four, with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

It is also equipped with a plush queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery so you can whip up a delicious meal, including a microwave, a toaster, an oven, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our home is located conveniently in the 17th Arrondissement. Key pickup is within an 11-minute walk, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home; we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Formerly a lumberjacks' village full of tranquil charm, the 16ème arrondissement kept its old-fashioned atmosphere with its picturesque and leafy Rue Berton, its previous residents have now made way for mansions, fashion boutiques and other luxury stores that line its streets, while the most famous labels line Passy's famous shopping street.Yet the Passy district, accessible via the Metro station of the same name, also includes Balzac's house on Rue Raynouard.

This apartment is ideally located for guests who want to explore the city on foot, with distances of 5 minutes from the best monuments, museums, restaurants, etc.
If you wish to explore outside this circle, guests can take the Trocadéro metro, 100 meters away from the apartment!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Trocadéro, is just a 5-minute walk away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
