Nestled on a quiet street just behind the cliff overlooking Seacliff Beach, The Byron - 3 bedroom apartment is the largest property of three apartments. A short stroll down the garden path from the on-site parking. Enjoy ocean views through the trees and peaceful surroundings in this newly renovated, light, fresh, and natural apartment, featuring floorboards throughout its two bedrooms.
Upon arrival at The Byron youâll immediately immerse in the coastal holiday feel. 24 hour access using the keylock located near the front door entrance.
Off street parking available for one vehicle and ample on street parking on a secure quiet street.
Fully equipped with smart TV, Hi speed Wifi, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.

Open plan living, kitchen and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking a meal and relaxing with a wine or morning coffee with views of the ocean through the trees.
Queen beds in each room with natural light flooding the bedrooms when the curtains are open. There is an open cupboard in each bedroom for clothes storage. The sofa bed is located in the living area and perfect for the extra family members to enjoy.
Spacious for 3-4 people, ideal for 6 people, accommodates a maximum of 8 people with sofa bed.
There is a luxury bathroom with shower, mirror, under bench washing machine and towel hooks.
