The fully equipped Miele kitchen pairs sleek stone benchtops with thoughtful details, including a coffee machine and curated drinks cabinet, making everything from quiet mornings to celebratory dinners feel effortless. The adjoining dining room is chic and intimate, perfectly suited to long lunches, candlelit dinners, and memorable moments shared together.

When it’s time to unwind, retreat to the tranquil bedrooms, each designed for deep rest and slow, unhurried mornings. Ducted heating and cooling throughout ensure your comfort year-round. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second offers two single beds, both with generous built-in storage. Wake refreshed and head out for a sunrise swim in the clear waters of Holdfast Bay, or take a leisurely stroll along the Esplanade. Back at home, the beautifully appointed bathroom blends timeless charm with modern finishes, offering a relaxing soak or quick refresh after a day of coastal exploring.

A dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair supports remote work, while a hidden laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and vacuum adds everyday convenience. Off-street parking for one vehicle is included, adding to the ease of exploring the area at your own pace.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
