Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone`s enjoyment. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am

Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You`ll find the unit in the bedroom for your convenience. This unit is able to cool the entire townhouse.
👉 Accessibility:
Our townhouse is split over two levels, you will be required to walk up stairs to access the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs you will find the living area, dining, kitchen and lounge room and upstairs you will find the loft style bedroom, Juliet Balcony and the bathroom. Please note there is only one toilet, located in the upstairs bathroom.
👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.
👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest`s expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.
👉 Parking Information:
Our property features a standard residential carport for your vehicle. Please note that there are height restrictions, so larger vehicles may not be suitable. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay, excluding the store room.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay.
