And you have gorgeous views from the upper floor great room, the ground floor great room, the 2 bedrooms on the main floor and the 2 bedrooms on the terrace level! Yes ALL Bedrooms have full on unobstructed Lake Views! This can be hard to come by—where YES—Everyone has a room with a view! And the 2 bedrooms upstairs are en-suites with full bathrooms —yes -both Tubs and Showers in both and double sinks and very spacious bathrooms. And, the main master bedroom upstairs has a huge jetted tub, separate from the shower and a water closet plus double sinks!

The 2 bedrooms upstairs both have double French doors that open out onto the huge upper deck overlooking the Lake—-so here you can wake up to your own Picture Perfect Lake view in either the Queen bedroom en-suite on main level or in the King Size bedroom Mastersuite complete with fireplace(but please kindly do not use fireplace at anytime due to insurance and risks, so sorry) in master bedroom enjoy Own Roku large Flat screen new TV, and en-suite with did I mention a separate Jetted tub! Everyone loves this floor plan. And it has all brand new furnishings throughout! And home has been completely renovated and new driveway and concrete sea wall just completed December 2021 (a 4 month long project and it is beautiful). And just completed in May 2022 are new updates to decks and to the walkway all the way down to Dock with cool staining to match the sea wall and it is truly beautiful and serene— and lights to light the way all the way to the dock and back! More upgrades all along including now in 2024, there are 5 FIVE TVs NOW at Lake-Minded for when you are inside, as more just added, so at night once off the Lake—all can enjoy fav TV Shows …with one TV in great room upstairs, one TV in great room downstairs, one TV in master bedroom upstairs, one TV in king size bedroom downstairs, and finally one TV in the double bunk room downstairs, too! You will love everything about it and for those that recall Patrick Swayze in the movie “Dirty Dancing”….our family teases that this walkway to the dock looks alot like that!! It is really cool! DANCE your way down to the dock every day!

The main level great room has a stone fireplace and is beautifully appointed too. Please note the stone fireplace is not to be used, and there is ample heat in the home always. So for safety purposes, and Insurance coverage no use of fireplace at anytime, please. Also in the main level great room, there is a large new flat screen Roku TV,too! There is plenty of seating available with a full size couch, a smaller couch and a very comfortable side chair!

The kitchen has been fully remodeled with granite counter tops and alll stainless steel appliances! It has a small dining room with a table that seats 4 and a bar that seats 2 more. However, there is also a table out on the covered deck overlooking the lake that can seat 4-8. It has 4 chairs and 4 stools, if you will—so can seat up to 8 if needed. Many families choose to divide up with 4 in dining room off from kitchen and 4 out on the deck..or set it up kids and adults tables! It is a very good set up for a family or even a couple of families! Because it is out in the woods and on the lake front row—please do not leave food out on counter tops as this invites ants to come in then for food…and please do be aware since in the woods—there may be an occasional spider or web no matter how much it is cleaned and even with our pest control. It is surrounded by trees—when look out from terrace level like being in a tree house as trees all around you and the lake!——speaking of terrace level…

Continue down to the terrace level and you will find yourself in a great room surrounded by all glass and with the Lake views and trees out your window—- it truly feels as if you are in a magnificent tree house, actually! It is majestic with reclining sofa and 2 recliners! And there is a door off from this great room right out onto another newly stained deck overlooking the Lake and it leads right on down the cool walkway to the dock! This is true peace and tranquility as you look out on the Lake and Red Top Mountain. Rather you are here to visit family and friends, to boat and play on the lake, Or to go to games at Lake Point (as many that play at Lake Point love it here)—all ages will surely love this setting and have great fun!

Now, while on the terrace level, stroll around the corner and to one side is the large bedroom with 2 bunk beds each with doubles on bottom bunks and single on top..and here in this room is yet another flatscreen Roku TV to be enjoyed! And out the windows look directly onto the Lake! What a view!

Stroll to the other side on terrace level and find the huge king size master bedroom with lots of space and a real rock wall and large windows looking once again out onto the beautiful Lake! It has new flooring in this room,too—just as throughout the entire home!
AND, for those who must work some while there—-2 desks and 2 desk chairs in this room which is also a room with a view…..looking out over the lake and there is great WiFi in this home—-so one can enjoy remote work as they look on to the beautiful lake Allatoona while they work. And there are bookshelves in this room as well…so yes, this can be your office away from home—for your flex vacay.

It is truly a wow, with 4 bedrooms and 2 great rooms, dining room, SS appliances in full kitchen ..huge deck with furniture and the brand new covered dock with newly stained walkway and new sea wall and drive just poured! Bring lawn/beach chairs with to sit on the dock and enjoy more views or swim off the dock with the swimming ladder! And, yes there are fish to be caught right here! It is a popular place to fish as in a no-wake cove with deeper water!

Outside of fishing or swimming off the dock, you can bring your own boat or rent one at the Marina ..or bring your kayak or canoe! Please don’t forget to bring your life jackets and flotation devices with you to use,too! Do note we have water under our dock year round, but since the lake is drained some October-March—-it likely won’t be suitable for boating so much then—please check with me if this is of major importance and if decide to come during those months of latter October to first of March.

And Again for those that need to do a little work or are doing the So called Flexcation and combining up some virtual school and/or work with little Vacay,too...this is THE Place to be with awesome Wi-Fi! It has fast speeds and it is awesome. With great connectivity and speeds, this is THE place to work and play! What a grand view when working there, too, as mentioned earlier…there is are actually 2 full size desks and 2 office chairs added on terrace level in very large king size bedroom which overlooks lake and it is complete with bookshelves in the same room! And there are tables and chairs off from lower level great room that can make for great work or study stations, too. This is the best flex-vacation location ever.

Life is truly at its’ finest at Lake Allatoona! And, you can go play any sports at Lake Point only 7 mi away! Many teams playing at Lake Point enjoy time on the Lake between games fishing or swimming or boating! Coaches love it on the Lake,too! It is nice to relax and de-stress on the water.

Nearby is town of Acworth with shops and restaurants, plus restaurants on the Lake! There is much to do in the area with golf course within 5 miles, Lake point station with bowling and more! Hiking at Red Top Mountain is great fun and see amazing wildlife! For that matter, you could spot a deer while there, and often blue herons and turtles out on the lake and more! It is out in nature where you willl feel grounded and relaxed!

Lake-Minded is quiet and serene and peaceful in a no wake cove that goes right on out into the Lake...being it is a no wake cove it is a truly a great place to swim and fish all the time—-and it truly lives up to its’ name of Serenity Lake- Minded.in every way!

Parking is ample for up to 4 -5 cars on paved area right beside the home.And there is brand new cement sea wall and parking area just completed 12/2021…with some new added decking and walkways and all new staining just completed May, 2022–it just doesn’t get any better! And constantly new decor items, and upgrades being added so it is Ready for you and yours…..if come at Christmas —yes, there is even a lake-themed decorated Christmas tree and stockings are hung as well!
