Four stars for: washing machine upstairs was not working, and despite prompt response from management, was not fixed during our stay. We could use basement unit, but it was down narrow and steep stairs, so not safe or accessible for all adults in house. Ice machine on refrigerator not working. Told mamagement.

Very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- great outdoor space with patio and well-maintained lawn and just a few minutes walk down a path to our own private beach. Adam was very responsive throughout the entire process. We will definitely stay here again!

Rarely have I stayed in a house where we wouldn’t change a thing. It was lovely, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and quiet. The yard and proximity to the beach were great for all of us and our collection of kids. Hope to return next summer.

Easy access to private beach for all ages

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was our first three generation trip to the Cape and this home and location met our needs well. Each couple takes turn cooking dinner so we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. We found a highchair in the basement and that was indispensable. When it became apparent the dishwasher wasn't working, the realtor, with 30 minutes, got permission from the owners to replace the unit. The next morning, the replacement was installed as we requested to avoid noise during nap time. The sunroom was great for family board game evenings and kept the noise isolated from the rest of the house and early sleepers. The walk to the beach was great. No steps. So, the children, as young as 4, also carried items back and forth up. Best to keep bedroom doors open at night to allow air conditioning to reach all rooms and use window units if more cooling needed. Finally, the short drive to many stores made it easy to keep our family of 11 well supplied. What would have made the home ideal was allowing a dog. We knew we couldn't and didn't bring him. So we enjoyed the many dogs we met on the beach while walking with local residents.

We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect accommodations and location for our family with young children. We loved spending time on the beach and exploring the area. The house had everything we needed!
