Private beach, great hosts

Roomy house with a path to a private beach. Great hosts made the stay easy and enjoyable. We'd stay here again.

Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of room for a family to spread out. The access to the private beach was so nice, including the ease of having chairs and an umbrella stored there for us!

This property was everything my family was looking for, and more! The location was great, just a quick drive to Hyannis. We loved having the private beach, it made beach days with four young kids so seamless. The layout of the home was spacious and recently renovated. Kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking on the grill. We loved the large outdoor table for big family meals. The outdoor shower was great and an absolute must for sandy beach days. The master suite was spacious and private. The queen bedroom was large and private for my MIL. The twin rooms were great and the dressers provided ample storage. Communication with Lisa was excellent. If we had questions they were answered quickly and effectively. We would love to rent this property again in the future! Thank you Lisa!!

Wonderful

We loved our stay here. The layout of the house was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. No one was on top of one another, it was comfortable, close to everything and the owners were pleasant and hospitable. The highlight for us was the proximity to the beach and the fact that it was private - no dealing with crowds or people sitting right on top of you. Added bonus - they store the beach chairs (4) right at the beach, so you don’t need to lug them back and forth. Big bonus for us with kids! We would definitely stay here again and we already miss it.

The house was exactly as it was advertised to be; clean, convenient and spacious. The owners were excellent hosts - very attentive and responsive.

Great summer family vacation - we love it!

This is a beautifuly maintained summer home with great amenities. Steps from the beautiful private beach. My family and I have spent the last two years at this house. Could not ask for better location and the familty that own the property are awsome as well. We look forward to this trip every year now.

Loved it!!

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our summer vacation with friends. The house had all the general amenities and more, including linens. The short walk to the private beach and "slow driving" private road were a definite plus with small children. Owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. We hope to rent this house again next year.

Home was very comfortable with great access to beaches and other activities

Overall great. One suggestion. The bed in the master BR was not very comfortable. Obviously had not been replaced in ages. A new box spring and mattress is in order. I suggest checking the bed in the other adult BR too.

Thank you for the feedback. We have never heard that from anyone else so we have not checked that, but we will now. The beds are about 6 years old and only used in summers. We are glad you enjoyed the house and beaches and hope to see you again.

Very enjoyable experience

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The listing description was accurate and it did accommodate our needs. It was clean, nicely decorated, well maintained and well equipped. The beach access was very close The owner is very nice and she always answered my questions in a timely manner, from my first request last January up to and including any questions I had during our stay. I would recommend this house to others.
