Wir freuen uns, dieses wunderschön renovierte und aktualisierte Strandhaus mit Ihnen zu teilen! Wir haben eine andere Eigenschaft auf HomeAway. Schauen Sie sich HomeAway # 3997242 an und sehen Sie das positive Feedback, das wir erhalten haben!

Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, unseren Gästen ein unglaubliches Erlebnis zu bieten und sind immer ansprechbar!

Auf der anderen Straßenseite von Craigville Beach in Centerville auf Cape Cod, MA, ist dieses Haus neu und wunderschön renoviert und aktualisiert. 4 Schlafzimmer (3 Queen: eines hat ein eigenes Bad) und ein Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen (obere Doppel- / untere Doppelkoje und ein zusätzliches Rollbett), 3 Bäder (einschließlich 1 ADA-Badezimmer) sowie eine Außendusche.

Dieses Haus ist behindertenfreundlich mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die 36-Zoll-Einträge haben. Viel Platz für Fußgänger und Radfahrer in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Keine Treppe zur Haustür oder in den Wohnraum.

Neue Küche mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Alle öffentlichen Bereiche, mit Ausnahme der Küche, haben 11 Fuß ausladende Decken. Für Ihren ultimativen Komfort wurde an den wenigen Tagen, an denen die Strandbrise noch weht, eine zentrale Klimaanlage hinzugefügt.

Gasgrill und Feuerstelle draußen. Zwei schöne Innenhöfe: einer zum Entspannen vor der Feuerstelle und einer zum Essen.

Eingeschränkter Blick auf das Wasser: Habe ich schon erwähnt, dass es gegenüber vom Covel Beach Parking (weniger überfüllter Teil von Craigville Beach) liegt. Es ist auch ein Heringslauf für Ihr Sehvergnügen.

Gut ausgebildete Haustiere sind willkommen (geringe Gebühr).

Beginnen Sie Ihren Tag mit einem Spaziergang am Strand auf der anderen Straßenseite. Gehen Sie zu Brauereien, Weingütern, Antiquitäten und Kunsthandwerk einkaufen. Nicht nur Sommer! Toller Herbst, Winter und Frühling kommen auch weg!

This was the perfect location for our family. We were off the main road but close enough to the beach to go back and forth with an infant. We enjoyed many meals and played cards at the kitchen. table.

Excellent property! 1 min walk to Covell beach. The house was perfect for our family vacation with a toddler and two grandmas. Everything was on one floor making it super easy to come and go. The beach chairs and wagon made it easy to pack up and wheel our toddler over to the beach. The host left thoughtful touches throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a few dinners with ease. We loved the multiple seating areas outside too.

Weekend wedding

4 couples (siblings & parents) staying for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding! Super cute area and quite neighborhood. We walked to the beach in am/pm. Enjoyed some delicious food around the neighborhood and cozied up at the firepit. We had a great stay and comfy beds. Thank you for the delicious s'mores and wine. Great location and beautiful property

Overall the house and property where great. The location really made the difference. A very short walk to the beach and they provided everything you would need. Chairs, cooler, wagon and umbrella. The outdoor dining area and fire pit were used every night. Just a great place to have a vacation.

Great beach house for our family of all ages!

My family which included my husband, 2 year old and in-laws had a great time at “Across from the Beach”! Diane was very communicative which put me at ease in preparation for our trip. Upon arrival she had set out a bottle of wine and s’mores kit that was perfect for the fire pit. The location was great and the house is very well appointed and absolutely adorable! Thanks for a great little getaway!

Across from the Beach Relaxing Vacation

Lovely home decorated for a classy beach vacation. Kitchen had everything you needed to make you feel at home. Outdoor seating and firepit were perfect for gathering. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beach was literally a minute away! Loved it all!

The house was perfect for our family to stay in while we had a wedding at the beach. It was a cozy, warm cottage with plenty of space and everything we needed. Just wish we had more time to actually spend at the beach but it was still so fun! Perfect location, I would love to come back someday!

Location unbeatable, across from beach (less than 5 min walk); parking for 6 cars at home. Owners very responsive and quick to answer questions and resolve minor inconvenient issue. Clean and well stocked home (kitchen, bed rooms, baths, beach towels/chairs/umbrella/toys!) with Central AC!!

The best VRBO in Cape Cod

The house is absolutely perfect and truly had everything we needed! You can tell how much thought and care Diane and Michael put into accommodating their guest, as everything we could possibly think of was provided! The beds were so comfortable, the close location to the beach was perfect, and the outdoor shower was definitely an added bonus for easily washing the sand off of the kiddos! We shared many laughs around the firepit and appreciated the extra thoughtfulness of the provided s'mores and wine! Highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again!

Great Vacation Spot!

What a lovely home away from home this place is. The hosts thought of everything. We especially loved the well stocked kitchen, beautiful wildflowers that surrounded the cottage and the nesting pair of Osprey we could see from our yard. The weather wasn’t great but we were very comfortable in this well laid out and spacious house. Would definitely love to return to this 5 star rental.

Sunny family Fourth celebration.

This little beach ranch house was perfect for our family of eight to stay. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was just the space we needed. Had great amenities. Cute decor! Yard was beautiful. And only a half a block from the beach. We loved the fire pit. The little one had to make s’mores. The property owners were the nicest and most accommodating of any we have ever dealt with. We highly reccomend booking your beach/ Cape getaway at this home!

Intergenerational family gathering a success!

We had a great time celebrating my dad's 70th birthday party. We were looking for a home that was wheel chair accessible, kid-friendly and open to dogs. While a tall order, this house met our needs on all counts. In addition, the rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. It also had comfortable beds, quality linens, and nice kitchen supplies and serving ware I felt good about using for such a special occasion (where we cooked a lot!). This is a high-quality rental that I'd be excited to visit again and readily recommend to others.

You should stay in this house for your Cape Cod vacation!!

This house is even better than advertised. We absolutely loved it! The house is right out of a magazine or an HGTV show. Lots of space, great light, beautiful colors and decor. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are super comfortable (and there are plenty of them), the door lock system is easy and the two out door spaces are great. Just steps from the beach and very close to Four Seas Ice Cream, the 1857 Store, play ground, etc. Centerville is great and Diane was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. You'll love this house!

Birthday Week for me and my grandson.

It was wonderful spending time with my children and grandchildren. It was the best 70th Birthday Week. On Monday we had a New England Lobster Bake with all the trimmings. Local lobster was the best. Even with some of the days being cold and rainy (typical New England May weather) we were able to find plenty to do. Evenings spent playing family games. Mae lots of memories. Best beach house at Craigville

Super clean and fully stocked beach house, great for families as it’s across the street from the beach. Great neighborhood to stroll at night or let the kids ride their bikes. This house literally has everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable & convenient. Beach toys, wagons, towels & s’mores kit to name a few. One of our cousins came to the beach for the day with his Tesla and was able to charge it while he was here right in the driveway. I’ve rented other houses in this neighborhood and Diane & Michaels property is by far the best! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

Across from the Beach

Beautiful kept home in quiet neighborhood. The property owner put so much detail in the home and provided many amenities including toiletries and kitchen supplies. They provided all linens, ample towels and even beach towels and beach chairs. The home exceeded our expectations especially the accessibility for my adult daughter who is wheelchair dependent. She easily maneuvered throughout the home and property in her motorized chair. Loved the convenience of the beach across the road. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of heaven.
