Welcome to your beachfront haven at Aldinga Beach's Snapper Point. This two-storey home is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views.



The upstairs floor features a master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite, providing a serene retreat. A second room with a bunk bed (double bottom, single top) ensures fun and comfort for guests. The open-plan area upstairs includes a spacious lounge suite with a large TV, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with a pantry. This area seamlessly opens to a balcony where you can enjoy outdoor dining while taking in the stunning ocean views. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room with a washing machine are also located upstairs for added ease.



Downstairs, you'll find an additional lounge/sitting area at the front of the house with TV and seating, perfect for relaxation or socializing. There are two more bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a double/single bunk bed. These spaces offer comfort and privacy, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. In the back yard there is a courtyard area with outdoor furniture.
