- Disturbance: No parties permitted.
- Noise: Respect neighbouring residents by keeping the noise down, especially in the evenings - Guests that cause nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring properties/occupiers will have their booking terminated immediately. No refund will be offered.

Linen & Cleaning:
Guests are to bring sheets & towels or hire linen packages from Ray White Normanville (7 days pre-order required).

Doonas, covers, pillows, mattress protectors) provided.

Linen Packs:
Includes a top sheet, bottom sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, bath mat, face washer, hand towel, and three tea towels per booking.

Cleaning fee is included in your stay.
