Came from NC… the condo was great. We came during sargass season which wasn’t ideal as it builds up quickly on the beach and boy is it stinky. But we lived our stay here.

From the outside it looked kinda old but clean. Got inside and everything looks brand new. Very well kept condo and had everything we needed. We don’t watch television but every room had one and they looked pretty nice.The king size bed was firm and very comfortable. Great screened in porch. I have to give it a 9.9 out of 10. Very satisfied!!!

Everything was great. Loved the location great food nearby easy to get to Key West for the day.Quiet and peaceful. Mattress may need replacing.

Enjoyed our stay in February. The place had everything we needed and a fantastic view of the ocean from our outdoor deck. Definitely recommend it.

The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The ocean view was nice. The heated pool was a daily go to. The down side was the water front beach. There's a swampy bog area that washes organic matter onto the beach, and it smells and causes merky yellow water on the beach front.

Regarding the beach area, we truly appreciate your feedback. The “swampy bog” you noted is actually Sargassum, a naturally occurring seaweed that periodically drifts through the Florida Keys. While it can cause odors and discoloration in the water, it is a normal part of our coastal ecosystem and something all oceanfront properties in the Keys experience from time to time. We understand it’s not the most pleasant aspect of paradise, but it is a natural, seasonal occurrence. We’re glad the rest of your visit was enjoyable, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

Loved the view CleanlinessDecorHas everything needed Had issues while there one was handled the garbage disposal leaked all over the floor in the kitchen and the need for hot water. Only one person could take a shower at a time and we would have to let it heat back up in between.Everything else was absolutely wonderfulI did reach out to the phone number that says to call if there’s problems, but I never did hear back about the shower temperatureThe garbage disposal was taken care of right awayWe love the condominium unitI do have a couple suggestions you need to upgrade the towels you need to have a lot more towels in there, much softer towels The 2 navy blue were softMore bright lighting in some areasExcellent though on everything!I shouldn’t complain. It was a wonderful time had by all for a week.
