Beautiful 4-room apartment (56m2), on the 4th and last floor of the Residence "Le Cheval Blanc", located in a quiet area of ​​VALFREJUS (Haute Maurienne), 50m from the first shops and 150m from the Charmasson chairlift.
The property, furnished and fully equipped for rental, sleeps 10, but we would like to rent it for 8 people.
It offers magnificent unobstructed views of the Vanoise massif and consists of:

The living room (isolated by a door from the sleeping area) is spacious (24m2) and bright. With a roof slope, it offers beautiful volumes and includes:
- an equipped kitchen area (sink, 4-burner electric hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave), and numerous quality kitchen utensils
- a dining area with a large 8-seat table
- a living room equipped with two sofas (i.e. 2 beds of 90 x 190cm) and a large format flat screen television.

- 1 West facing balcony
- 1 secure ski locker, located on the Ground Floor

Terms and conditions:
- Cleaning is not included in the rental price and must be carried out by the tenant.
- Animals are not allowed
- The property is non-smoking
- 1 deposit check of €450 is requested upon handing over the keys (cash only in the event of damage)
- 1 cleaning deposit check of €80 is requested upon handing over the keys (cash if the property is returned in a poor state of cleanliness)

In high season (Christmas holidays, Winter holidays, July and August)
- Arrivals are on Saturdays from 3 p.m.
- Departures are on Saturdays until 11 a.m.
Outside of high season (Winter/Summer), stays of 4 nights are possible (contact us)

- Bed linen is not provided (rental possible in resort)
- Bathroom linen is not provided (rental possible in resort)

Optional Conditions:
- Cleaning can be provided by the concierge service (additional €80)
- The cleaning package is obligatory for short stays (4 nights)

Located at an altitude of 1550m, the VALFREJUS station has remained on a human scale. It is nestled in a preserved and exceptional mountain environment. This resort also benefits from very good snow cover in winter. Its ski area peaks at more than 2700m with the PUNTA BAGNA chairlift. In the summer period, you can practice many outdoor activities (mid and high mountain hiking with numerous marked trails including the GR5, mountain bike circuits, climbing, zip lining, via ferrata, equestrian center, archery, mini -golf, fun Addicted Park for children, fun lake on the Charmaix torrent, etc.).
