Excellent facilities and location. A walk to Weirs Beach. Lots of space. New inside and out. The detections that opened in Google Maps had a close but different location. But the host cleared it all up. Really great.

Great house! New home, clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, and bathrooms. The bathroom outlets weren’t working so just a minor inconvenience. Overall, great place!!

Overall this is a nice property. Newer construction although contractor grade materials. There was a good amount of space and plenty of beds. It's a few blocks from Weirs beach and the boat rentals which is nice. The kitchen was decently stocked with items needed to cook. However, cooking was another story. The BBQ was absolutely disgusting. It hasn't been emptied or cleaned ever. We tried using it and within minutes the entire inside was a raging fire charring all of the food. This is a summer rental, the BBQ is very important. The cleaning service should clean this thing after every guest. Also, although we didn't need it because the BBQ was unusable the spare propane tank was empty. So with the BBQ out of commission we tried using the stovetop. The stovetop is okay for boiling and making eggs but not for actual cooking. The microwave/exhaust fan is horrible. It does not vent to the outside but rather attempts to recycle the air. Needless to say when we tried to cook a meal the smoke alarm went off. I personally like to rent a house because we like to cook while on vacation. If you plan to order takeout or eat out every night you won't have a problem. If you like to cook a meal for your family you will not enjoy the kitchen. The only other issue we had was the previous guest left a large amount of very smelly garbage in the garage leaving an odor that left the garage unusable. When we contacted the manager the next day they did remove it the day we contacted them.

Great house

Overall we had a great experience. The house was very clean and spacious. Lots of room for our large group of children and adults. We very much enjoyed the game room, watching movies in the spacious living room, and gathering in the large kitchen. Great location also - about a 10 min walk to weirs beach and the boardwalk. The property manager was also very friendly and responsive. We were hoping there would be grass by the time we arrived so that the kids could get outside and play. It seems like the neighborhood is still being finished, so everyone’s yard is dirt.

Great Stay with a Few Minor Comfort Adjustments

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house was brand new, beautifully furnished, and in a location that worked perfectly for us. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the property manager was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only challenges for us were the mattresses and pillows, which were much softer than we’re used to, as we all typically sleep on extra-firm bedding. Additionally, we would have appreciated humidifiers in the bedrooms, as the air was quite dry, especially with the forced hot air heating system. We also wish the hot water in the showers was a little hotter for a more comfortable experience.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and with just a couple of small adjustments, it would be absolutely perfect. We’d definitely consider staying here again!
