We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Locales call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville! This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.



Getting Around:

The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

No parking garage key card was left in the room like the instructions stated. This was not corrected until end of trip and we were unable to find parking for most of trip due to a festival in the area. Per apartment management, this is a known problem for this Vrbo host.

From the day we checked in, things went south pretty quickly. We were told we would receive check-in instructions two hours before check-in. I alerted Cozy Suites multiple times that the check-in information was not available. We did not get the information until exactly 4 o'clock. When we arrived later in the evening, we entered the apartment and found it was filthy. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned, with feces in the toilet, dirt in the sink, and dirt on the floor. Toilet handles and towel holders were broken. What they advertise as a queen bed was clearly a double. No sheets were provided for the pullout couch or any additional bedding. There weren't enough towels for our third and fourth guests. I was promised a cleaning crew would come the next day, but no one arrived. We received no extra bedding or bath items. My guests could not sleep on the couch, as they had to find other arrangements. The unit was misrepresented, was unsanitary, and the host failed to resolve these issues. I would never recommend this place or any rental through Cozy Suites.

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. A lot of utensils, appliances, and personal items were in hand and well stocked. The dog run area was incredibly convenient and secure, and the pet wash room was top notch! The building and parking were incredibly secure; I never felt nervous coming in from the garage late at night. I can’t say much about the immediate location because our venue of interest was a 12-14 minute drive away, and we didn’t walk around the vicinity, but it seemed well situated. The building and apartment are quiet, no problems sleeping. Checkin and checkout were easy, and communication with host was excellent and timely! I will be coming back next year for this annual event. Enjoy your stay!
