Unlike many townhouses, our home does not share walls with neighbouring properties, giving you extra privacy and less worry about noise from next door.

Here at Care Property Stays, quality linen and towelling provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are Eco Store. Usual Care Property Stays coffees, teas, drinking chocolate, sweet treats, milk, and sugar. All kitchen essentials provided.

Care Property Stays offers a contactless check-in process. Before your arrival, we`ll provide comprehensive instructions for entering the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords. The property has an electronic door code for easy access, removing the hassle of keys.

Early check-ins/late checkouts are possible for an additional fee of $10 per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours. This extra cost covers express cleaning and is subject to availability.

We`re local and ready to assist with any issues during your stay, ensuring it is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, feel free to leave the property at your convenience.

Access to the upper floors is only possible via stairs.

Please be aware of city noise as this townhouse is situated in the inner city, close to roads and intersections, resulting in typical urban sounds such as pedestrians, passing cars, and occasional sirens. Closing the windows significantly reduces the noise, but for light sleepers, it`s advisable to use earplugs. Alternatively, consider choosing a property farther from the city if noise sensitivity is a concern.

City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you`ll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren.

Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
