Welcome to one of Christchurch’s most impressive homes. This spacious, renovated mansion comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, perfect for families or group stays. Enjoy a gentlemen’s lounge with pool table, darts, SKY TV, and two fireplaces. Amazon Alexa is installed throughout for music and automation. With great living areas and a top location, this home offers a unique and memorable stay.
The Space:
Spacious and beautifully designed, this home offers room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Whether you're gathering in the lounge, sharing a meal, or unwinding in one of the many living areas, there's space for the whole group to feel comfortable.
Please note that outdoor activity is limited after 9:00 PM out of respect for neighbouring families. All events or gatherings must be pre-approved, and any additional guests require prior approval.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.
The Neighborhood:
Very private neighbourhood. Considered Christchurch's wealth suburb.
We will have a firm no noise policy after 9pm which is monitored and enforced.
Getting Around:
Very close to Riccarton Rd, which has access to Christchurch's full transport network.
Other Things to Note:
Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.
This is a quiet residential area
Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM. All activity should move indoors by this time to respect our neighbours, many of whom have young children.
Doors must remain closed after 9:00 PM
This helps maintain a peaceful environment and prevent noise from carrying. Noise complaints may result in penalties or immediate intervention.
Parking is limited to four vehicles
Only off-street parking for four cars is permitted. No additional vehicles allowed.
No motorbikes or motorcycles
These are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
No gang affiliation allowed
Any gang patches or gang association is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

While I won't be available in person, I'm committed to ensuring that your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. You can reach out to me through Airbnb chat from 6AM - 12MN, Mondays through Sundays.
