This contemporary coastal inspired two storey home exudes a tranquil calm that invites relaxation. The northerly orientation and expansive windows flood the space with warming natural light, whilst maximising the fabulous views of the shimmering blue waters of Geographe Bay.
Downstairs:
The master bedroom is positioned at the front of the property and boasts spectacular views of Geographe Bay. Key features include a king bed, a large walk in robe and private ensuite with bath, shower, vanity and w/c.
Guest room offers king bed, BIR and a/c.
Guest room with queen bed and bifold doors.
Bunk room offers 2 single bunk beds and a/c. (note: top bunks can be made up at an additional cost, please advise Luxury Breaks South West when booking is confirmed.)
The three Guest rooms share a main bathroom with bath, shower, dual vanity and separate w/c.
Functional laundry includes washing machine, dryer, and sink.

Enjoy a delicious meal on the 8 seater dining table that is perfectly positioned to soak in more of the all-encompassing ocean views. Conveniently situated with direct access to the balcony, allowing a seamless flow indoor to outdoor.
Peaceful lounge room is bursting with natural light and more ocean vistas, offering a luxe 8 seater coach, a/c and ceiling fan.
The large TV room and chill out zone offers a quiet place to unwind after a day of exploring the incredible South West region.
