The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in The Hub at Westside Reserve – a charming three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse with high-speed internet, a game room and room for 6.



SLEEPING: two bedrooms with king beds, and a fun Mickey Mouse-themed third bedroom with two twin beds.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable living and dining areas, and a game room for friendly competition.

INCLUDED: fresh linens, towels, washer and dryer, and a welcome kit with basic essentials to get you started (we don't restock household essentials, so please pick up any extras you need).

COMMUNITY: a modern gated community with a resort-style swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and EV charging stations.



LOCATION: about 25 minutes to Walt Disney World, with Universal, SeaWorld, shopping and restaurants along US-192 all within easy reach.



Parking: only two cars per unit. The parking hanger provided must be displayed inside your vehicle for your whole stay (vehicles without it may be towed at the owner's expense) – please leave the hanger in the home when you check out. No grills of any type may be used or stored in or outside the unit.



Guest Access:

The whole townhouse is yours to enjoy – game room, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. Registered guests also get to enjoy the community's resort-style pool and gym (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking for 2 cars with the parking hanger provided.



The Neighborhood:

The Hub at Westside Reserve is a new gated community with a modern flair on the west side of Kissimmee, close to Westside Boulevard and US-192. Enjoy the resort-style swimming pool, fully equipped gym and EV charging stations. Walt Disney World is about 25 minutes away, and supermarkets, restaurants and shops along US-192 are just minutes from the door, with Universal, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets a little further.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking for two cars is available at the townhouse (parking hanger required). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Access will be denied if names are not registered.



PARKING: Only two cars are permitted per unit. The parking hanger provided must be displayed inside your vehicle for the duration of your stay; failure to do so could result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense. Please leave the parking hanger in the home before you check out.



GRILLS: No grills of any type may be used or stored in the unit or outside the unit.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
