Down on the first level is a full bathroom with air conditioning and heat. There is also an additional outdoor shower. No need to worry about bringing that sand into the house.

Once inside you will certainly note the brand-new furnishings with a hint of mid-century modern aesthetic and the large open concept living, dining, kitchen space will encourage family activities such as cooking or a competitive board game after a long day at the beach. Enjoy the brand-new flat screen smart tv to view your favorite shows or a family movie night. Village Beach Club
Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 9.8 miles from Morr to Sea.
This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy seasonal activities for all ages such as scheduled events and pickleball. New for 2026 is Gather, a casual restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.
Parking is $25 per car per day, and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
