Everything was great. It exceeded our expectations. The walking distance to the beach was perfect and canal access to the back bay was fantastic. Could not have been a better stay. Thank you so much.

great house! walking distance to the beach, really nice and quite neighborhood. careful with the slipperty tiles in the back patio but they are still nice and well taken care of. i would definately rent again. the screen in pool is a great option very conformtable to be outside.

A clean up to date home, not far from the beach. The dryer did not work for our stay and the amount of mosquitos near the door when we arrived was a bit much. We did purchase spray for us to use when we were sitting out by the pool because somehow they still were getting in. The master shower is a little smaller then what it looks in the photos. The beds are a bit more on the harder side and not as comfy as what I would have hoped.But, overall located right near the beach for great access as well as convient to the Estero blvd area for dining and such. Would like to see a book for guests to leave suggestions of activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay again

Thank you for staying at Seminole Sanctuary and for the 4‑star rating. We do apologize the dryer was not working , I will have that checked out right away! Mosquitos have been a huge problem this year , and not really anythign but incect repellant will help ! We are working on guest books for all our homes , so that suggestion in already in the process. The house is a very beautiful home and the layout was nice. The house looks clean but needs someone that cares when they clean it. It needs a good cleaning. Mopping, make sure dishes are clean. We pulled several dishes out of the cabinets that weren't clean. The pool is clean but the outside furniture is not fit to sit on. Broken chairs, ripped lounge chairs that you will fall through, rusted table that has rusted all the chairs around it and not fit to sit at. We called and text the rental company and always got some story about two different maintenance companies but still no one would come and fix things. We were told that they need to talk to the owner to replace and we know we are not the first ones to say something . So why not replace? Had clothes dryer not working that I fixed and supposedly they're maintenance guy came while we were gone to look at it but again I had it running. Toilet paper holder broken, hole in a wall. The couch has stains and the area rugs have stains. Tape on the ceiling and walls in the house and out in the lanai from someone probably hanging up signs that the cleaning people didn't take care of , you can see where people have spilt stuff on walls because there is several areas that you can see runs down the walls. that never got cleaned off. Again the home is very nice but it's just a shame that no one takes care of it and takes care of it like it should.We did get to see a dolphin swim right behind the house.

Canal House

House was very clean and had a nice layout. Pool was nice. Only a couple of complaints- propane tank on grill was empty and I had to buy refill; lots of construction on surrounding properties created noisy environment. Other than that, the property was great and 8 family members had plenty of space.
