Dieses Haus liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, der Rennbahn Riccarton, der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und familienfreundlicher Aktivitäten. Sie werden den Raum lieben, den er bietet - einen riesigen Wohnbereich (mit angrenzendem Wintergarten) mit einem Holzofen für die kühleren Nächte und ein großes Esszimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über 2 Ensuites sowie ein Hauptbadezimmer im Obergeschoss und eine Dusche mit sanitären Einrichtungen im Erdgeschoss, um das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss zu bedienen. Zum Haus gehört auch ein Billardtisch, der sich im Schlafbereich hinter der Garage befindet.

Dieses Haus verfügt über 5 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern und 2 ensuite Schlafzimmer. Das Zimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten verfügt über ein großes Zustellbett, das auf Anfrage erhältlich ist. Es gibt auch einen Wintergarten neben dem Hauptwohnzimmer mit einem Tagesbett, das auch in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden kann. Wenn Sie in einer großen Gruppe sind, teilen Sie uns bitte mit, wie Sie die Betten konfigurieren möchten.

Geriatric girls trip

I had organised a geriatric girl’s road trip for my sister and a group of knitters/crafters, Racecourse Villa being the Christchurch leg. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us in this lovely property, clean and tidy, everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone.

Did the trick....

An older home with charm. Lots of room to spread out. Stairs made it difficult for older folks but bedroom on the ground floor fixed that. Only negative was the road noise at night - a very busy street with truck activity was loud.

Bonnie was a great guest and left the property clean and tidy. The road is a main route out of the city so is great for easy access. It is not used by trucks as much during the weekends

Clean, spacious and well-maintained home

The house is comfortable, spacious and light, and equipped with almost everything we needed for our group of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids). A small downside is that most of the bedrooms have no shelves or chest of drawers, although they do have closets. This is fine for a short stay, but for a longer stay, it's a little tricky figuring out where to put everything. We were lucky enough to be there during very warm weather, and the house does get quite hot, especially upstairs. There is one air-conditioning unit in the living room downstairs, but it didn't really do much to cool the upstairs bedrooms and the whole house got quite hot in the middle of the day. Other than those small issues, the house was perfect for our group. Communication with the property manager was fast and friendly, and they let us drop off our luggage early when we arrived sooner than anticipated. The washer and dryer are very useful. There's even an extra "sleep-out" room, attached to the garage but separate from the rest of the house. although we didn't use it. There is a small collection of shops literally next door, which was very useful for picking up milk, eggs, bakery items and Thai and Indian takeaway.

Lovely house.

Lovely house. Warms up quickly withe the heat pump and log burner in the lounge and plentiful supply of logs. Beds so warm and comfortable and showers powerful and plenty of hot water. Only 15 mins drive to CBD and 10 from airport. We would definitely want to stay here again and recommend it. Only downside is kitchen back door very draughty so kitchen quite cold.
