This unique property combines two 3-storey townhouses located side by side, creating a spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home ideal for families and groups. With 4 Queen beds, 2 King-single beds, and 2 sofa beds, it comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. Enjoy full access to both townhouses, located side by side, offering modern amenities, open-plan living, and unbeatable convenience in Christchurch CBD.
The 2x 3-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor areas on the ground floor.
âą Both properties have each have 1 sofa bed located in the living area. Both sofa beds can accommodate 2 guests - sofa bed linen is an additional charge.
âą The first floor of both houses includes the first bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, as well as the main bathroom.
âą The second-floor features both the master bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom that has a King single bed.

All 4 bathrooms are full-sized that includes:
- A tiled shower
- A heated bidet toilet
- Vanity and mirror
- Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels are provided.

The extra cost is to cover express cleaning.

The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. These are two separate townhouses which can be booked together to accommodate larger groups and families.
This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
