So glad you enjoyed the stay and thanks again for staying with us. Regarding the shade sail, unfortunately the location is too windy which is why it has been removed and getting damaged, however, the owners are looking into putting in a more permanent cover to the deck, hopefully for next summer.

Vrbo is simply an advertising platform; the rest of the process, including payment, is managed directly with us. As a smaller business hosting 70 properties in Mangawhai, we have policies in place to ensure the person booking is the person staying. This gives owners confidence that we are placing great guests like yourselves in their homes. Only one of the requested items is needed to guarantee this, so it’s your choice what you provide. If guests prefer less communication, they may wish to book directly with an individual owner rather than through a management company for a more care-free approach. Our aim is always to provide a personable service, ensuring homes are well presented and guests are happy, answer any queries at arrival and then leave you to it.
