CHECK IN: You’ll receive an automatic message on your check in day with the check in code for the electronic door lock and parking reminders. Check in is at 3:30 pm and check out is at 10:30 am.

Early check-in/late check-out (More staff needed, so fees apply $50/hour)
Early check-ins can only be confirmed on request only. $100 if too much mess made.

SUPPLIES: We provide a starter supply of toiletries to include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

WIFI: Will be in your booking, along with the access code.

SMOKING: There is no smoking inside or outside the home and backyard. Smoking results in a $1000 fine.

CAMERAS: At front door and side entrances of the home.

MUSIC/NOISE: Absolutely no speakers with allowed as this disturbs the neighbors and basement people. Quiet times are from 9pm-8am. $100 to $500 fine based on use in quiet hours.

PARTIES: Not allowed (per policy)

PETS: As a reminder please do not allow any pets. ($500 fine)
