Welcome to my home!

Tastefully furnished with modern decors, this lovely flat is within walking distance to various top attractions in Paris!

Relax in the bright living room which features a convertible sofa bed facing a big LCD TV and a large window that brightens the space during the day. There's a small nook next to the window where you can read books comfortably.

The attached kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a fridge. If you fancy dining in, there's a dining area complete with a dining table and chairs for 4 people.

The bedroom consists of a queen bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The bohemian 20th arrondissement is a laid-back area in Paris' former industrial heartland. Trendy Belleville pulses with many gastronomic adventures, from budget Chinese eateries and West Indian groceries. You’ll discover a new wave of contemporary art galleries and street art that dots the streets. Young, artsy crowds hang out in the grungy bars and music venues of hilly Menilmontant. The leafy Père Lachaise Cemetery, where celebrities like Oscar Wilde and Jim Morrison are buried, is a popular tourist site.

Visit Edith Piaf Museum which provides a peek into the life of the late singer, famous for 'La Vie en Rose' and 'Milord'. There are also many other activities to explore such as buying vinyl’s at L’International Records, enjoy a glass of wine at Chatomat, or listen to music either at La Bellevilloise or La Maroquinerie which caters to various music lovers!

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Menilmontant (line 3) - just 2 mins away on foot. There's also Père Lachaise (Lines 2,3) station just 6 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35 mins drive from the flat.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
