Not only is it beachfront (with a pool, of course) but it is right across the street from Waves grocery, Beach House Kitchen and the ice cream shop too! Guest favorite. Loads of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s! Sarah's Beach Baby is 2x6BR duplex that accommodates up to 24 when staying in either Beach Baby East or Beach Baby West (this listing is for East). Or a whopping 48 of you if you stay in both sides.
This listing is for the single side of this great duplex. You can also rent the other side, or both together as a 2x6 bedroom place. Like having a 12 bedroom but with two of almost everything: kitchens, living rooms, more! When renting both sides, guests may unlock the connecting doors in the living room areas for access between the two sides without going up and down the stairs from the main entries.
Marble counters, bamboo pattern flooring, gorgeous views, beach and pool right out your back door and much, much more. Each side of this beautiful duplex home sleeps 24 and has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. AND, all of the bedrooms have there own en suite bathroom! Each side has the following bedding arrangements:

3rd Floor S Bedroom: King
4th Floor N Bedroom: 2 Queens + Twin Bunk
4th Floor S Bedroom: 2 Twin over Full Bunks

The home has 2 refrigerators (yes, that would be 4 fridges if you choose to stay in both sides: you can never have too much fridge space!). There are balconies on each level.
POOL? You bet!
BIG outdoor pool (shared only between the two sides). 30x16x3-5' rectangular bit of beachfront bliss!
PARKING
There is available onsite parking for at least 6 cars per side (2 under the side, 4 in front of the side). Good stackers can pull off more. Bad stackers? Well, not so much!
WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!
SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC
As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.
No smoking please. No pets.

Great house on the beach!! The house was clean, plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was so well stocked we had everything we needed. Except for a few thunderstorms it was a perfect week!!!

We had a wonderful time. The space in every room was excellent. Loved that each floor had its own AC and water heaters. Would definitely stay again. Great location to the beach and right across the street is a fabulous restaurant, ice cream shop, and convenience store.

Beach getaway
The house was perfect size for our growing family. Having the pool and easy beach access was amazing. We were close to everything. Loved the two refrigerators also. Felt like the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great place for family gatherings
Large enough to meet all of our needs with space to get away for a quiet moment. Our family ranging in ages from 2 to 74 had a great week at the beach. We enjoyed our time together swimming in the ocean as well as the pool. Situated close to stores, restaurants, attractions.

We loved this place, we had a great stay. The place is beautiful and we plan to rebook. Very accommodating and helpful with the booking process as well. As previously stated, there are stairs but we felt like we got some physical activity while being on vacation so it was good!

Thanks Sydney! Glad you all had a great time--and got some exercise in too! Yes, all homes on the beach are at least a flight up, and then more if its a multi-level. The duplexes, like Sarah's, tend to be straight up, whereas the homes can be that but are often broken up by landings. I even have a few rare stand alone homes where all the living area is on one level. So once inside... no MORE stairs. Or hey at the high end, a couple with elevators. But I love Sarah's Beach Baby. The beach, the location, the pool! :-) Thanks again!

Summer vacation
The Beach Baby East House accommodated our 16 family members quite nicely and all had a wonderful time. The location of the house was great especially to the beach which was leas than 2 minute walk. Thank you Rick and Susan for letting us stay in your home!

Wonderful location!
Many things needing attention, plus a window broke on top floor.I sent photos to management. Some Chairs in main den needs to be replaced. Beds were great! The house was perfect for our large family.

😁 Hi Cindy! Glad you all had a great time, and that the beds were great too, and that my home was perfect for you all! That said... bummed about the little lost star. I dug in to see if I could find what "many things needing attention" were since that sounded ominous! Found the photos you sent in. For full disclosure, I'll just mention them here! A metal box in the hvac closet loose from the wall. Got that fixed. Thanks. It looks like one of the living room leather couches has a couple significant scratches (this was the pullout, which are totally a pain to replace and I may stop supporting them next time). Certainly can have that looked at, though I am a little wary of tossing it just for those. And a couple broken/missing one (of the two) refrigerators. Appreciate that, and was told the parts had been on order from prior guests. Oh and a stain in the granite counter. Really bummed about that—and replacing an entire white granite top isn't really an option for a 1x1" stain. Did ask my person to try use a baking soda paste mixed with h202 as that's worked some magic on mine :-( Rubbing marks on a set of bunks from the ladder moving side to side, and of course the crack in the interior pane of one upstairs window. Have a window on order already. While not perfect, I am glad none were terribly significant nor affected your stay. In a great big 6BR/BA beachfront place, you can imagine the wear and tear, and absolutely appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Again so glad

Great location and house
Wonderful layout of rooms and bathrooms. Easy to have a larger group and still have plenty of space. Kitchen well stocked. Perfect view of the ocean and pool. Management was great with communication about recycling and trash. Thanks for a great trip!

Multi- Generational Family
We had amazing time at Sarah’s beach baby: it was perfect for our multigenerational family. Our kids never got out of the pool or the ocean. Great location, beach for Memorial Day in front of the house was not crowded and we will be back! Highly recommend. No complaints!

My wife's family have traveled to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama for decades. I became a tag along in the late 1990s, so a Gulf Shores guy by marriage. One thing led to another and we ended up a several large, family-friendly, large group friendly, places along the Gulf. Sarah's Beach Baby (Sarah? My youngest daughter!) has the best location. Heart of Gulf Shores on West Beach, right across from Waves Grocery, restaurant, seafood, ice cream, more! Just wander across the road!

Location. Location. Location. Right on the beach, The Sundancer duplex is in a terrific location: right across the street from Waves Grocery, a restaurant, ice cream, and more! In season: S&S Seafood is open. Order up some shrimp, corn, and potatoes steamed (I choose cajun, of course!). The pool on Beach Baby is fairly sheltered, fenced, but open to the sun, and there is a lot of space under the home (on concrete) to escape the heat and sun if you need to do so!
