Snow-dusted trees surround you as you settle into this Whistler retreat, where crisp winter air meets the inviting warmth of a wood-burning fireplace. Mornings are peaceful here, with quiet moments beside tall windows that frame the season outside, while evenings invite long conversations and unwinding after a day of exploring. Whether soaking in the hot tub beneath the cold night sky or gathering in the open living area, the home offers comfort across every level.



Sleeping arrangements

With space for up to 12 guests, the home features six bedrooms thoughtfully arranged across three floors. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath and shower combination. On the main level, one bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite, and another provides a king bed with an ensuite. A powder room sits nearby. The lower level includes a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bath and shower combination.



Living spaces

The main floor centers around an open-concept living area anchored by the wood-burning fireplace, where generous seating and expansive windows create an inviting place to gather after time outdoors. A media den provides a quieter spot for games or TV, and the garage holds additional entertainment with table tennis, foosball, and darts. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace offer support for guests who need to stay connected.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen includes the essentials needed for cooking, along with a breakfast bar for three and an adjoining dining table that seats ten. It is designed to make shared meals easy, whether preparing a hearty breakfast before heading out or sitting down together at the end of the day.



Outdoor living

Two decks extend the living space into the winter air. The wrap-around balcony includes a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and space to appreciate the surrounding snow-covered landscape, while the rear deck offers an 8-person hot tub that provides a warm contrast to the colder season. A backyard adds additional outdoor room when the weather allows.



Practical comforts

Washer and dryer facilities, heating, air conditioning, portable fans, and bathroom essentials are provided. Guests have access to a private entrance, free parking in the garage on premises, and self check-in with a smart lock. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.



Getting Around:

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
