Whether you return from the slopes or a lakeside walk, the home feels relaxed and well-suited for gathering.
Living spaces
The main level features two separate lounges, allowing your group to spread out with ease. One lounge faces the golf course and centers around a wood-burning fireplace, while the second offers a TV and a dedicated workspace. In-floor heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable throughout the season, and natural light fills the open layout during daylight hours.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for shared meals and unhurried evenings. You have a full kitchen with ample counter space, modern appliances, and a dining table that seats eight, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. Whether you are cooking together or enjoying takeout from Whistler Village, the layout keeps everyone connected.
Sleeping arrangements
The lower level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Two additional bedrooms on this level include one queen bed and two king split beds that can be arranged as a king or two twins. Two additional bathrooms serve this level. A den provides a bunk bed ideal for children, with limited storage and no window. On the main level, a fifth bedroom offers a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and direct access to the BBQ deck. A powder room is also available on the main floor.
Outdoor living
Step outside to take in winter views across the golf course toward the mountains. A covered hot tub offers a relaxing way to warm up after skiing, while multiple patios and decks provide quiet spots to enjoy the scenery year-round. BBQ facilities and outdoor seating are available when conditions allow.
Location & access
Set along the 14th hole of Nicklaus North Golf Course, the home is a short drive from Whistler Village and within walking distance of Green Lake. Ski access is available seasonally, and nearby trails make it easy to enjoy the outdoors throughout the year. Parking is available in the driveway and two-car garage, with space for outdoor gear.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
