This spacious, 8BR/6.5 BEACHFRONT dream home boasts 6 King beds, 2 Double Bunk Beds (Double/Twin), 1 Daybed w/ Trundle and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas to accommodate up to 20 total guests, perfect for multiple families!

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a Double Bunk bed which opens into a separate game room with pool table. Upstairs on the 2nd floor are 4 King Master bedrooms (2 Gulf Front Masters!) each with a private bathroom and deck access, a 2nd living room with Queen sleeper sofa, laundry room with full size washer/dryer and both Gulf and pool facing covered decks.

The main living area can be found on the 3rd floor. This large, open space has a Queen sleeper sofa, ½ bath, a well-equipped kitchen with views of Bob Sike’s Cut, 2nd refrigerator and an additional washer/dryer. A furnished covered deck overlooks the white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico. This floor also boasts a Gulf front Master suite with jetted tub and shower, and has access to the covered beachfront deck.

Just beyond the dining area, a stairwell opens onto the top floor suite, a comfortable space for a small family or older children. The suite includes a convenient mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and Double bunk bed as well as access to a covered balcony overlooking the private pool. Thru this room is a Gulf front Master bedroom with King bed, Daybed w/ trundle and full bathroom with shower. A private balcony completes this space with Gulf and beach views.

Additional amenities include a convenient elevator which travels from the ground level to the top floor suite to make loading/unloading a breeze, park style charcoal grill and a private screened pool with optional pool heat ($400 + tax for the week). The carport has covered parking for two vehicles, a fish cleaning sink and enclosed outdoor shower. A pet friendly home, we allow up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

Just a short stroll along the shared beach boardwalk located next to the property leads you to white sand beaches and to Bob Sike’s Cut for fishing from the jetties or the best Sunset views around! As guests of 'Turtley Rad', you can also enjoy access to the St. George Plantation amenities which includes 2 community swimming pools, tennis and pickelball courts and Clubhouse with fitness center.
