This large beautiful house in the St. George Plantation is the perfect gathering place for friends and family. It is situated on two large lots which offer privacy and a serene setting. Trees, flowers and ferns provide a lovely backdrop for a fun week in the sun.

No puddle pool at this house; measuring 16’by 32’, the pool invites young and old to swim. A half bath added at pool level is convenient for swimmers, sun bathers or anyone enjoying the great outdoors of this Paradise Island. With an outside shower and fish cleaning sink, the fishermen in the group can clean their catch and themselves, too.

Beautifully decorated with original artwork throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen features a professional stove with six burners and a large convection oven; the kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the accessories needed to create fabulous meals. The addition of an extra sink allows more than one cook in the work space. Overflow groceries needing to remain cold can be stored in a second refrigerator conveniently located in the laundry room. A spacious screen porch on the upper level with dining table, chairs and ceiling fans overlooking the pool, often becomes a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A smaller screen porch on the lower level creates the perfect space for reading or small group conversation.

Two living areas on different floors feature 60 inch smart TVs allowing parents and kids to separate and enjoy their own movies. An elevator is available to transport guests, suitcases and groceries to any floor they desire. Hardwood and travertine tile enhance the floors of the common areas and five bedrooms on the lower level; carpet is the floor covering for the upper floor master bedroom. Each of the six bedrooms has its own full bath. A second half bath is located on the dining floor so that all full baths remain private. To encourage a restful sleep after a full day of playing in the sun, the beds are furnished with comfortable pillow top mattresses with an added memory foam topping.

Casual entertaining at pool level is easy and fun with the tables, chairs, and mini fridge. For the grill master, a large park grill with ample seating for comrades and critics is available. On cool nights, the fire pit allows guests to warm by the fire while looking at the stars and listening to the waves break on the shore. Covered parking under the house allows easy access to vehicles.

Vacationing inside the Plantation allows guests to access the excellent fishing at Bob Sikes Cut and to use the beautiful pool at Resort Village. There is a 13 guest maximum, and this includes children regardless of age.
