Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in the city center

The city center and the Hôtel de Ville metro station are less than a 4-minute walk from the apartment. Located at the foot of the Croix-Rousse slopes, in a typical Lyonnais building, you will appreciate the tranquility and comfort of this modern 59m² apartment overlooking the property's interior courtyard.

Located on the ground floor of the building and fully overlooking the interior courtyard, it offers a completely quiet environment.

During your stay, you will enjoy a cozy living room with an HD TV and a dining table and bench, a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 140x190cm double bed. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, are two further bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190cm double bed.

This is an ideal location for both leisure and business trips, being very central and close to public transport.

Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available, and sheets and towels are included.

Amenities are available (welcome coffee, tea, pasta, rice, etc.), as well as a Traveler's Guide that will provide you with all the information you need about the apartment (Wi-Fi code, instructions) and useful tips for visiting Lyon.

Check-in is completely independent from 3 p.m. via a smart lock located directly on the 60m² apartment's door. Checkout is by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
