Perfect, spotless, great facilities everything you need. Good location 15 minutes walk to bars/restaurants at Rubicon Marina, 10 minutes walk uo bars/restaurants in other direction. Great pool (heated) so at a comfortable temperature all the time. We will definitely return.

What a perfect place to kick back and relax. The villa has everything you need. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a kitchen so well equipped. The villa is spacious and the ideal place to relax. Absolutely loved the heated pool. We loved the location of the villa. There’s enough bars and restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away, with the marina just a little bit further if you want to be in the thick of things. We will definitely be back.

Such an amazing villa, I think the best we have ever stayed in!Communication is good with a WhatsApp number given for any problems, The heated pool was amazing and everything we needed was there from storage tubs and reusable shopping bags, The supermarket is 5 mins walk away maximum with a park and a nice Indian restaurant next door.We walked to the marina from here, 15 mins on my own or 30 with the kids.You will need some coins for the air conditioning unit it takes 1 and 2 coins I think we used about 10 worth over our 10 night stay.We will definitely return to this villa one day.

The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and had all we needed for our week's stay. Small touches, such as reusable shopping bags in the kitchen drawer, helped with our day to day living. The swimming pool was superb and well used, and the pool inflatables were much appreciated. The area of Playa Blanca is nice and quiet, but within easy reach of shops and beaches. The SuperDino supermarket within easy walking distance is a great asset. All in all, the five of us had a lovely week and would not hesitate to return to this villa again.

My first initial observation was I loved it .The layout the cleanliness the pool was all excellent. The Sun is with you all day .So the position of the pool is spot on.The area is so quiet and convenient for all the shops which are a 5 minute walk down the street.The host was easy to contact and the entry to the villa was simple with info from Miguel. Definatly going back to this house in the future.

Great communication from start to finish from the owners. The villa is impeccable throughout and has everything you would need. The location is perfect, being within easy walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants and on the main bus route to travel further afield. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Marina.This was our second stay here and we have already booked for next year. Thank you Florence and Bruno.

Stayed in Playa Blanca many times and this has been the best villa. Excellent communication from Miguel. Location was great, supermarket on the doorstep. 20 minute walk to the Marina. The pool was a huge positive, it was a large pool and heated to a lovely temperature. The villa was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely clean well equipped villa, its set in a peaceful location but close to supermarkets etc. The heated pool was fantastic like bathing in a warm bath, facilities in the villa were first class, would stay at this villa again Raquel was lovely to talk too, very friendly nothing a bother to her!..

Super nice modern Villa, clean, great place, heated pool, climatisation for few cents, everything what you need is there. Quite. Only 2 things-bed in main sleeping room was noisy and there is no outdoor shower. Perfect place to stay, everything near, ships, restaurants, marina, parking there as well. I hope we can come back!

Lovely private property, well equipped, easy walk to restaurants/shops.

We loved our stay in the property (two weeks). It is a lovely villa set in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants at Rubicon Marina and indeed the town centre a little further. The villa is very well equipped and very clean. The pool and patio area is very private, and the car park space right next to the property is very handy. We would definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing holiday

Communication from the owners Bruno and Florence and the property manager Mrs Municio was first class, Bruno checked on us just make sure everything was ok, then left us to relax. The villa was spotless and the pool was great. It was all very relaxing and only a short walk to the Marina . I would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Lovely house in perfect location

The house and area were ideal for us. The outside area of the house is excellent as is the pool. The Marina Rubicon is delightful and is about a 15 minute walk away. We have booked to return next year. Thank you.
