This beautiful, fully furnished 2,300 sq ft condo id part is a gated community, the Palisades Condominiums. EASY ACCESS! It is located on the Highway HH by land and Mile marker 14 by water. It is close to everything you need for a great getaway....golf, spas, and the outlet mall. What More could you want?

The condo consists of two floors:

* The main floor is an open floor concept with a fully finished kitchen, laundry room, dining area and living room which is lined with glass windows and a sliding door to take you onto a screened in covered balcony. There are three bedrooms all with their bath. Bedroom one has twin beds and bedroom two has a queen bed. The master bedroom (king bed) has a large bathroom with a walk in closet. There is a sliding door in the baster bedroom, which takes you to the covered balcony.

* The lower level consists of a second master bedroom (king bed) with a private bath and a sliding door to another balcony. A second living room, complete with a queen size sleeper sofa and sliding door which also leads to the balcony.

When it comes to distance to the pool, this condo is perfect! Bathroom/refreshment breaks are just steps away from one of the 3 outdoor pools..

There is one assigned parking spot with this condo, but additional public parking spaces are very near the entrance.

This condo is perfect for those who like to spend time together, but still like to have some privacy.

The Palisades has a protected harbor. For boat owners, please message us for boat slip availability. Please reach out to us for availability. It is an extra nightly fee of $20/day.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a party condo and it is located around your round residents. The Palisades is a family-orientated atmosphere. Rented to responsible adults and families only. Not being respectful of the association or owners' rules may lead to eviction, loss of rental fee, and forfeiture of deposit fees. The Palisades has on-site security.

Family time at the Ozarks

We love the Palisades complex. Multiple pools, family friendly, and great location. The lay out of this condo is what keeps us coming back, one bedroom downstairs for more privacy from the rest.

Perfect for our family!

Great experience. All 4 bedrooms have their own tv and bath. Wonderful deck and the parking and pool are close to the unit. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect

Our stay was nothing more than fantastic and relaxing from check-in to departure. We didn’t have any issues the entire trip. Our Hosts answered all our questions prior to the trip and were easily accessible if needed. (Which we did not need during our stay). The condo had everything we needed and then some to my growing family and grandchildren. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo at the lake

We had a fabulous long weekend with family and friends. The 4 bed 4 bath unit with 2 floors was very spacious and perfect for our family and friends. The hosts were very good to work with!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!! The condo complex is very nice with 3 pools and great lake views!!

Awesome property and owner

We loved staying here. The property is amazing as well as the condo. The only real issue was the queen mattress needs to be replaced but this by no means detracted from the stay. We had eight adults and not once did we feel crowded or cramped. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. We will be staying here again.

This is a beautiful, spacious, condo. It was very comfortable for four couples. I had open communication with the owner from the time I inquired about renting until after we got back home from vacation. I would highly recommend renting this property!

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 7! The property was clean, convienant to get to, and close to shopping/resturants. Property manager, Cheryl, was very informative, responsive, and easy to work with. We will definitely be using this property if we ever need a place to stay when visiting the Lake of the Ozarks!

Have been coming to this condo complex for several years now. This condo has two levels, which makes the lower level our hang out place once the kids have gone to sleep.

Wonderful Condo For Our Vacation

This was the second year we have rented this condo. The condo owner Cheryl has been great to work with. The 4BR unit handles our two families quite well with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Unit is well maintained and very clean and the location is right next to the pool which was very handy. Palisades complex is in a great location and close to many restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location and condo!

Very clean and nice condo. Great location right on the main channel if you have access to a boat and on a main road with easy access to local amenities. Our kids (6 and 7) loved being so close to the pool and having multiple pool options on property. The condo and rooms are spacious and well decorated. The screened in deck was a family favorite. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful if any questions came up about the condo or the area and things to do. We had 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) in our group and never felt crowded for space. I would highly recommend and will be going back in the future.

Amazing, Clean, beautiful!

This property was everything it was promised! The layout was perfect for our family. My dad has a master suite, I had a master suite and my 4 teenage boys shared 2 rooms on the main floor. There was a second living room for them as well. 2 balcony’s that boys spent tons of times hanging out on, lots of family games, TVs in every room for the rainy days, the view is amazing! I could go on and on but the best part was how kind and easy to reach Cheryl was! Will definitely stay again when we need 4 bedrooms!!!

We love Pallisades

The place was great for us as we all had plenty of space. The check in process didn’t go the greatest as we had to wait for approximately a half hour to get in due to the owner forgot to give us the needed information to get into the place but otherwise we were able to contact the owners without difficulty before the trip. The place wasn’t as clean as what we are use to but we made do. The mattresses were not the best either. Besides these things we had a great relaxing time! We have stayed in a 3 bedroom condo several times in the past but too many members now. We love the Pallisades pools and the docks our grandkids were able to fish off of. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
