Wir bieten 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und Schlafmöglichkeiten für 12 Personen. Shampoo, Körperwäsche, Toilettenpapier, Papiertücher, Müllsäcke. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wenn Sie kochen oder ein tropisches Lieblingsgetränk auf der Terrasse genießen möchten, während Sie grillen und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hauptkanal mit einer hohen Terrasse auf der Terrasse genießen. We really enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely amazing and could not be beat! Owners were quick to respond when a message was sent. There are a lot of stairs with no elevator access, so keep that in mind. The beach access was smaller than what we had in mind, but we still were able to enjoy the area! Close to many restaurants and attractions. We were happy with our booking!

This is a great condo in a beautiful area. Everything inside was excellent, plenty of kitchen items, beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Perfect for large groups. Deck has a wonderful view. Highly recommend.

We had our grown children and spouses with us along with a grandson, had enough space, rooms & beds as needed! Nice location with a pool and a small beach/play area for our grandson.

Wonderful!

We stayed here for a girls shopping trip. Our experience was great! We did contact management about something, they answered promptly and were so kind when talking us through what to do! As for the condo itself, it was everything we needed and looked just as pictured.

The Ledges

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges over Labor Day weekend. The accommodations were spacious and we had a great view of the Lake. We had fun at the two pools and the beach area. We will stay here again.

Excellent view from balcony of marina and lake. Nice weekend fireworks show. Less than 10 minute drive to state park with clean Sandy beach hiking trails convenient parking and restrooms. Close to shopping and movie theater. Complex had two pools and small sand beach area. Excellent communication with property management

Condo was very nice and clean.

Condo was very clean. Upstairs got a little warm, but large fans were providing that solved the problem. We had 11 women, 3 bathrooms worked great. Plenty of room for everyone.

Family get away

The property was clean and had a nice swim beach and small pool. There was plenty of room within the condo for a multifamily trip which was awesome! We did have several annoying things with this property- the sliding glass doors don’t close properly going onto the decks, the kitchen sink faucet kept falling off when turning on or off the water, the dishwasher didn’t work properly and there was no tv remote in bear bedroom. The top bedroom and loft were really hot and likely needed an additional fan to help cool it especially at night when trying to sleep.

Warm and Toasty

I booked this condo for a quick getaway with old friends. The interior is just beautiful, very cheerful, tropical and truly inviting. Susan and Jeff the owners are friendly and genuinely nice people to work with. They have stocked their condo with plenty of supplies and even left us a "goodie basket" which we appreciated! We shopped at many of the local antique shops and ate at some great local restaurants, J Bruners, The City Grill, Vista Grande. The Blue Room at the City Grill is great for entertainment. We had a wonderful time and will recommend Jeff and Susan and their beautiful condo to everyone.

FANTASTIC FAMILY VACATION

We booked this condo for a June getaway. When we arrived we really liked the complex, it was very well-kept and very clean. The condo was fantastic, just as beautiful as it looks online. The owners have really put ALOT of time and effort into the decorating and it really shows. It is so different, not your "run of the mill" rental. Very homey and well-stocked with everything that we could need. The washer and dryer right in the unit came in handy and Susan even provided detergent and bounce sheets! We have never stayed at a condo with a better view of the main channel of the lake. It was so much fun to sit and watch the boats go by as we enjoyed our nightly dinners on the deck. If you come to the lake, please try and book this condo. I know that it is extremely popular so I would book early. We love the lake and will be back next summer!

Beautiful spot on the lake

The property itself is beautiful. Loved being able to see the lake and pool from the deck. The view was spectacular. Only negative about the deck is the heat in the middle of the day, to sit outside without shade. There is a gas grill which was nice in the evening to bbq. The inside was very spacious with all the bedrooms we slept 10 people very comfortably. Couches had nice recliners on the ends which were very comfortable. Was recently remodeled so everything looked great. Hot water was a little disappointing we had 7 girls and hot water lasted for one shower then had to heat back up. Kitchen though was great a good assortment of pots and pans and silverware. Coffee pot is a drip pot and had paper filters available. TP and paper towels were plentiful Outside in the complex it was quiet and friendly neighbors throughout. Stairs were definitely a challenge parking is on the 2nd floor as well as the trash bins. and this condo is on the 4th floor pretty tiring

Pros: The condo was spacious, clean, and modern with beautiful decor. The kitchen appliances were all modern, clean and in great working condition. The area was amazing, safe, and a short distance to everything. The pool was very clean and the views from the patio were spectacular. Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable; some of the worst I have ever slept in. The kitchen was small and had a very poor selection of pans to cook in; fry pans were only big enough to fry one egg. The handle on the kitchen faucet kept falling off. The tub in the bathroom in the hallway doesn’t hold water which is essential when you have little kids and need to bathe them. Both sliding glass doors are broken and do not close; the one off the master bedroom was so bad that you couldn’t open it or get it closed all the way after you opened it so the ants came in and we were infested; thank God my son had ant and roach spray in his car because my husband and I had to sleep with ants crawling on us for one night. The listing does not mention that this is on the top floor with no elevator so if you have small children, elderly, or people that have a hard time navigating stairs I would not book this condo.
