Dear Jonathon Thank you for your detailed review. We got a bit lucky with the property being so central and yet so quiet. These pedestrianised streets are great for seeing Cannes but with the car park exit so close makes it much easier for clients with a car. Our driver Laurent offers to take heavy suitcases up the three flights of stairs. The apartment is in such a good location that unfortunately elevators were not in use when this building was made… I enjoy the extra steps as I believe it means I can enjoy a bit more delicious food! Dear Liz Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We are so proud of the apartment. Being in the heart of Le Suquet does means there is no elevator to the third floor. The size of the mezzanine apartment is comparable to a hotel double penthouse suite at a fraction of the cost. We hope to see you again next year.

Dear Yvonne Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. First of all I have to apologise for the bathroom leak. Francoise got a plumber in straight away but that must have been frustrating for your large group. I understand you were not happy with the bathroom set ups. There are showers and sinks in 3 of the rooms. Each floor has a toilet. The 4th bedroom is an extra space that we converted into a bedroom but this doesn’t have the same facilities as the other larger rooms. That is horrible that you witnessed people urinating. I haven’t seen this before, the problem with any sought after place is that it attracts homeless. Cannes is CCTV covered and the police presence is constantly present. We have never had any criminal incidents with a client. I agree the parking is tricky until you know where to go. Then it becomes like a private space which is rare in a pedestrianised location. Thank you for your compliments. Especially concerning the location and service. Francoise and I are extremely proud of the apartment and the extras that we offer. Kind regards Danny Ps.
