Watch for dolphins and witness beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets from the comfort of the private balcony with sliding glass door access just off the living room. This home also includes a full kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, a new full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and all the gadgets and cookware you need to turn out fantastic home-cooked meals. The handsome, extendable dining table will accommodate up to six guests and is the perfect place to enjoy dinner parties and raucous family game nights alike. There are two new flatscreen TVs with DVD players, so you can always catch your favorite shows and enjoy a good DVD movie with lots of buttered popcorn. If you forget to bring DVDs to watch, we've got you covered - you'll even find an on-site DVD kiosk filled with newly-released DVDs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
