Dieses Haus ist ein schöner Kurzurlaub für die Familie oder für eine Gruppe von Freunden. Eine großartige Gartenoase zum Spielen, Waten, Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Hübscher und abgelegener Teil der Stadt. Am Ende eines ruhigen Culdesac. Kinder können draußen Fahrrad fahren. Auf der Südseite der Stadt, gleich neben McCulloch, in der Nähe der Hauptstraße 95. Einfach zum See und ganz in der Nähe von allem, was Sie brauchen. Kaffeebohnen, Restaurants, Bashas Lebensmittelgeschäft (mit Starbucks), Tankstelle, Fitnesscenter und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist komfortabel und im Resort-Stil eingerichtet. Es könnte Ihnen schwer fallen, zum See zu gehen! Grillen, Spiele spielen, Tische drinnen und draußen zum Kennenlernen. Liegestühle und mehrere Sonnenschirme. Viele Schwimmkörper und Spielzeug für den Pool. Sie können Kabelfernsehen schauen und haben auch Internetzugang für Ihre Geräte. Zwei Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer über Etagenbetten mit einem Doppelbett unten und zwei Einzelbetten oben. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kindercouch, die in ein Bett gezogen werden kann, auf dem ein oder zwei kleine Kinder schlafen können. Die Wohnzimmercouch könnte möglicherweise auch eine Person schlafen, da sie aus Memory-Schaumstoff super bequem ist. Viel Platz für Ihre Boote oder Spielsachen an der Seite des Hauses. Great House Convenient Location

House was clean and we enjoyed the beautiful backyard. We had more than enough space for our family of 6. The home is located just off the 95 and situated close to grocery stores and about 10 min away from the London Bridge. The hosts were great to work with and check in/out was seamless. We will definitely be back!

Spring break get away

We came for spring break weekend. Our family has had a rough 5 months after a cancer diagnosis. We really needed to get away and this house was PERFECT!! We played all day amd night in the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and cozy. It is close to the things we wanyes to see. The hosts communicated well and made check in and check out easy and simple. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable private beautiful home

My family and I stood here for the weekend 4 adults & 4 kids. This property is very kid friendly, plenty of board games & the kids enjoyed having their own room set up for them. Same as for the adults, plenty of space and the bedrooms were very cozy to sleep in. The pool was gorgeous and very relaxing. This property is close to shopping stores and the lake. Had no problem bringing our boat up onto the driveway. We liked our stay so much we stayed another night. Crystal was very easy to work with no hassle at all. Beautiful and comfortable home

The house and it location were great. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, pots/pan and plates. For me, the stove was a challenge as it was not gas, but I managed. All-in-all it was a nice place to hang out.

Havasu Heaven- Inside and Outside

The home on 3820 Amberjack Blvd East in Lake Havasu City is in a quiet area on the south side near SARA Park. This was convenient for us. The yard and setting on the outside is very nice which is common to the neighborhood. The pool area is elegant. The landscaping is well done and well taken care of which is common to the neighborhood. The garage was full so there is only outside parking-no problem though. There is no view to the lake. The only view to the mountains to the west is mostly blocked by a wall. There is no view of the mountains to the east. The neighbor privacy is fair except the open fence to the neighbor on the south. Inside the house, we found the room arrangements to be good and spacious. The beds, bedrooms, and two bathrooms were very good and comfortable. What we determined was there are a lot of maintenance issues that should be addressed. Several light bulbs were out. There was a lot of dust on vents, floors, and furniture. The living room furniture was disappointing. The three bar stools were uncomfortable to sit on. The guest bathroom shower needs attention because the curtain holder (which we fixed) falls down and the water out of the shower head is half speed from leaking out the bottom outlet (needs replacement). The kitchen cabinets need adjustment as they do not shut. I doubt if the floors have been washed in a long time (there is no floor washing equipment there). The vacuum cleaner was not working because it had not been cleaned (plugged filters, etc.), which we cleaned out so it can do something now. The bunk bed in the third bedroom needs a ladder. The water is very hard as there is no water softener. The kitchen sink is black but the sink was very dirty so we cleaned it up, which should have been done by the housekeeper. The outdoor grill worked once I filled the LP tank and, once again, the unit was filthy so we cleaned it up but it still needs more help. The master bedroom spa (we did not use this) was filthy. The towel holders can fall off the wall. Many of the walls in the house need touch-up paint (I took pictures as we did want to be blamed for this). We were asked to pay extra for electricity (which we did) but hardly used. As it was January, we only waded in the shallow end of the pool and did not use any heat for the pool. The key in the lock box was bent upon our arrival. Thankfully we could get in.

I’m sorry you felt there were so many issues, it would have been nice had you communicated any of this with me. You were there for 6 weeks so these things could have easily been brought to my attention. Another renter left the day you came so if the house was not cleaned to your liking I apologize. If you had told me I could have sent her back to clean again. This is a rental home and unfortunately I can’t get there to thoroughly fix and check everything between every renters. I would have contacted a handyman if needed. I can’t fix things I don’t know about. There are cleaning supplies in the laundry room with everything needed to clean the floor. The floor is cleaned regularly but it is very difficult to really shine up it has been a frustrating challenge for me to figure out exactly how to keep it from spotting and streaking. The view of the mountains from the front is stunning in my opinion and the backyard is serene and peaceful. The water is not hard as we are on public water, I’m not sure what gave you that impression. The kids easily climb up the end of the bunk bed to get up it doesn’t need a ladder. I only just found out about the bent jet because the current renters told me and I sent the house keeper with another key. The electric bill was the highest in the month you were there that I even called the electric company to double check on it. I’m sorry you were bothered by so many things but again communication with me would have been helpful instead of letting me find out about everything here. My goal is to do what I can to make sure everyone enjoys the home.

Great House!

We stayed for two nights and had a great time! The house is beautiful. The backyard and pool were very nice and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is in a cul-de -sac and all the houses in the neighborhood seem to be farther apart. Once again a very beautiful house! We had a little contact with the owner and she was very nice and available to any questions.

Love @ First Sight!!!

My family and I stayed here for three nights, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!!! We were a party of 19, and rented three houses using VRBO. All three had pools, and were adequately sized, but this property was (by far) the nicest! We've rented quite a few places using this site, I can honestly say the pictures are accurate. The house was clean upon arrival, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked w/pots, pans, utensils, and various other items that made cooking/eating super convenient. The yard is incredible, and really is resort like. All three nights we were in the pool until 11PM, which was so refreshing and warm. You can turn on the pool heater if needed, but we found the water to be perfect without any additional heat. We did not use the spa, but it looked lovely too. Crystal, the owner is very easy to work with, and very accommodating. She was kind enough to text me on our arrival date to tell me that house was ready if we wanted to check in early...which we did! All in all this was the best family "lake" trip we've taken. I can't wait to come back!!!
