→ Zero tolerance for parties & events. Lake Havasu City takes noise complaints very seriously with short-term rentals, which could result in fines or listing removal. Please respect the neighborhood and house rules.

• Pool is not fenced and may be unsuitable for young children. Guests assume full responsibility and liability for the safety of all children and guests while using the pool.
• Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday, but the service team may occasionally come on another day. They will access the backyard as needed to ensure the pool is in top condition.

This was the most well appointed, thoughtfully designed vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail specifically for travelers is top notch. Anything I thought about “oh, I wish I had this” or “ I wonder if they have…” - it was already there. The hosts were easily contacted and quickly responsive to any questions we had. The interior and exterior of this property was absolutely beautiful... it was bright and cheery and most importantly, very clean. It contained everything one could ever imagine needing while away from home, just bring your bags and food and you're all set! The host was easy to access and so helpful when we had questions. We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially impressive, it had plenty of pots, pans, storage containers, and other amenities that made cooking and storing leftovers easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the check-in process was simple and hassle-free.A few things to be aware of for future guests: the driveway is steep and isn’t ideal for a lower style boat trailer - if you’re towing a boat or plan to use the driveway way be aware of the incline . Also, the game room is not air-conditioned, which was a bummer because we stayed mid July and booked based on the game room, but unfortunately, it was too hot to enjoy- so just be aware it can get quite warm during hotter days.We also noticed quite a few crickets inside the house during our stay. While this may be due to the surrounding area, it’s something future guests should know.Despite those minor issues, the house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to others.

We work hard to make sure our guests have everything they need, so that means a lot to us. We also truly appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. Guest feedback is incredibly important to us, and we've already taken action. Since your stay, we've added an evaporative swamp cooler along with a high-powered floor fan to help keep the game room much more comfortable during the hottest summer months. We're also actively investigating the cricket issue. While seasonal insects can be more common in the Lake Havasu area during the summer, especially around pools, we take guest comfort very seriously. We've been inspecting potential entry points and are working to eliminate the issue. We're working to identify exactly how they're getting inside so we can resolve the issue. Regarding the driveway, we appreciate you mentioning it. We're exploring solutions, such as curb ramps, to make it easier for guests with lower boat trailers to access the property more comfortably. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us continue to improve. We're grateful for your recommendations and hope to welcome you back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We were very satisfied and would happily recommend this property.The house is clean and cozy, with good-quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen — everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s especially nice that the lake is right nearby.The only minor downside is that in the evenings crickets would sometimes get into the house, which caused a bit of discomfort. Our home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, which helps make it feel peaceful and relaxing throughout your stay. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee outside, spend an afternoon by the pool, or relax under the stars in the evening. You'll also be close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and local attractions, so you're never far from anything you need while still feeling like you've escaped the hustle and bustle.

We designed Havasu Spirit & Sol to be more than just a place to sleep—we wanted it to be a place where people genuinely enjoy spending time together.

The backyard is the heart of the home. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, fire up the built-in BBQ, gather around the outdoor bar while dinner is cooking, or enjoy meals together at the large outdoor dining table. One of our favorite features is the covered deck with an adjustable roof—you can open it up to soak in the sunshine during the day or enjoy a beautiful view of the stars at night. It creates the perfect space to relax no matter the time of day.

Inside, we've worked hard to create a space that's comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the bedrooms are designed for a restful night's sleep, and the game room gives everyone another place to laugh, play, and spend time together.

One thing that really sets our home apart is that we're always investing in making it even better. We don't simply furnish a house and call it done—we're continually adding thoughtful touches, upgrading amenities, replacing items before they wear out, and listening to guest feedback. We want every stay to be even better than the last.
