Thank you for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We're so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the home clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and easy to settle into. We work hard to make sure our guests have everything they need, so that means a lot to us. We also truly appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. Guest feedback is incredibly important to us, and we've already taken action. Since your stay, we've added an evaporative swamp cooler along with a high-powered floor fan to help keep the game room much more comfortable during the hottest summer months. We're also actively investigating the cricket issue. While seasonal insects can be more common in the Lake Havasu area during the summer, especially around pools, we take guest comfort very seriously. We've been inspecting potential entry points and are working to eliminate the issue. We're working to identify exactly how they're getting inside so we can resolve the issue. Regarding the driveway, we appreciate you mentioning it. We're exploring solutions, such as curb ramps, to make it easier for guests with lower boat trailers to access the property more comfortably. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us continue to improve. We're grateful for your recommendations and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for your kind review! We work hard to provide a clean, well-stocked home with thoughtful touches so families can relax and make the most of their vacation. The private pool, pool toys, and game room are some of our favorite features, especially during the warm Lake Havasu summers, and we’re so glad they helped make your stay even more enjoyable. We strive to provide excellent communication and are always available to help if our guests have any questions before or during their stay. We hope to have the opportunity to host you and your family on your next trip to Lake Havasu!

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the home's comfort, furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. Being so close to the lake is one of our favorite things about the location as well! Thank you for mentioning the crickets. Living near the lake and desert means they occasionally make an appearance despite our regular pest control efforts, but we're always looking for ways to minimize that possibility for our guests. We're happy to hear our communication helped make your stay smooth and enjoyable. We'd love to host you again anytime you're back in Lake Havasu!
