Our fully renovated house is located less than 50 m from the fine-sand beach of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay.
Unwind in this peaceful, idyllic setting and get as close to nature as possible!
A 70 m² house located less than 50 meters from the sea, in the town of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay Plage, a seaside resort on the west coast of the Cotentin Peninsula, facing the island of Jersey.
The house features a very sunny and well-sheltered terrace.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people with a baby. Accommodation for 5 people is possible (sofa bed).
The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It includes:
- a living room that opens onto the dining area, furnished with a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a television
- a dining area that opens onto the kitchen, with seating for 6 guests. (industrial-style furniture)
- a fully furnished and equipped industrial-style kitchen featuring black and wood accents (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.)
- 1 bedroom with closet and wardrobe (160-cm bed), TV, black-and-gold decor
- 1 bedroom (160-cm bed), TV, beach-themed decor
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and 1 sink with a towel warmer and washing machine
OUTDOORS:
- 1 outdoor terrace with patio furniture, 2 lounge chairs, and a Weber grill available for use;
- A courtyard in front of the house with space for your vehicles.

We emphasize the quality of the property and its amenities. We have carefully designed this family home to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Ideally located for exploring the Cotentin Peninsula, at the center of numerous attractions, Mont Saint-Michel, the D-Day beaches, La Hague, Granville-Iles Chausey, Saint-Vaast-Tatihou, Barfleur, Barneville-Carteret, the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney), Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, the Bayeux Tapestry, etc.
Close to a sand yachting club (Bretteville-sur-Ay), horseback riding centers, introductory flights in Lessay, skydiving, go-karting, etc.

Full refund in the event of new government measures related to COVID-19 that prevent you from traveling to the villa from your primary residence. Preventive measures in place: the house will be disinfected before your arrival; masks must be worn upon arrival; and disinfectant products will be provided during your stay.
THE RATE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation;
- Bedding provided for the two 160 beds
- Use of the equipment, accessories, and utensils provided.
- Travel crib and high chair
THE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax in accordance with current regulations
- Bath towels are not provided
- Electricity and water are billed separately based on actual consumption.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- A security deposit of €600 is required upon arrival. It will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
