Die Wohnung befindet sich auf 2 Ebenen, mit dem Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss und einem zusätzlichen Wohnbereich / Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Hoch möbliertes Apartment mit herrlichem Blick über den Golfplatz von Miraflores.
Vollständig klimatisiert / beheizt, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Satellit & DVD (mit UK terrestrisch), zusätzlicher Fernseher & DVD im Obergeschoss. Es gibt ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein zusätzliches Doppel- und Zweibettzimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt ein Zwischengeschoss im Obergeschoss mit einem Doppelschlafsofa, das als Schlafzimmer oder als zweite Lounge genutzt werden kann. Extrem große Dachterrasse, die auf Wunsch den ganzen Tag Sonne oder Schatten einfängt, mit eingebautem Grill für großartige Abende im Freien.
Es gibt einen schönen Poolbereich und Gärten. Einrichtungen sind nur 1,5 km entfernt und Riviera bietet jetzt einige großartige Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Zwei nahe gelegene Freizeitzentren bieten die meisten Sportarten an, z. B. Tennis, Minigolf usw. Eine kurze Fahrt nach La Cala und seinen wunderschönen Stränden, Bars und Restaurants.


Tolle Ausstattung: Ein tolles Merkmal der Wohnung ist die riesige private Dachterrasse. Die gesamte Terrasse ist insgesamt fast 80 Quadratmeter groß und umgibt die obere Ebene auf drei Seiten, so dass auf Wunsch den ganzen Tag Sonne scheint. Es gibt auch einen abnehmbaren Abdeckbereich für Schatten. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich auch ein eingebauter Grill, der sich hervorragend zum Essen im Freien und zum Sonnenbaden im Winter eignet.

La Cala De Mijas: Innerhalb von 5 Autominuten ist La Cala ein schönes und lebendiges traditionelles Fischerdorf. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bieten. La Cala hat eine große spanische Gemeinde und ist ein ausgezeichneter Ort, um am spanischen Leben teilzunehmen.
Die Strände von La Cala wurden mit der Blauen Flagge der EU für Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet und als die besten in der Provinz mit dem zusätzlichen Schutz von Rettungsschwimmern ausgezeichnet.
Am Hipodromo (Heimat des spanischen Derbys) wird Pferderennen veranstaltet. Dies kann ein wirklich schöner Tag / Abend mit Bars, Restaurants, Geschäften, Musik und Unterhaltung zusätzlich zu den Rennen sein.
Der Markt von La Cala ist einer der besten in der Region und findet mittwochs und samstags statt.

Riviera del Sol: Die Riviera selbst, nur wenige Kilometer von La Cala entfernt, ist ein beliebtes Urlaubsziel, das sich in und um den Golfplatz von Miraflores befindet. Der Kurs selbst wurde 1990 eröffnet und misst 5.710 Meter. Der Club selbst ist ein familienorientierter Club und ideal für alle Golfer.
Es gibt auch ein paar Freizeitzentren in der Umgebung mit ausgezeichneten Einrichtungen. Riviera hat auch einige großartige Bars, Restaurants, einen neu eröffneten Einkaufskomplex und einen schönen Strandbereich. untere Ebene und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im unteren. Und auf der unteren Ebene befinden sich zwei Badezimmer.

Auf der oberen Ebene befindet sich ein separates Wohn- / Schlafzimmer.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine Mezzanin-Terrasse, die einen geschützten Platz zum Sonnenbaden bietet, und es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

Great Holiday

Exellent apartment with fantastic rooftop terrace. As described in listing but turned out better than expected. Spent many hours on the roof terrace with space for all our family (7) and shade at any time of the day if needed. Pool was clean and in great setting. Apartment was clean and well maintained with ample living space for everyone. Thankyou to Simon and Sue who made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. We will recommend to all our friends and family and hope to visit again soon. Thankyou Rick.

RivIera del Sol

Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of heading to this part of Spain. Whilst it is part of a large urbanization it is out on the edge and has great views over the golf course and out to the mountains. You certainly do not have the feeling of being in a built up area when in the apartment. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. Location wise it is about a mile off the coast road between Fuengirola and Marbella, and many of the main tourist areas are within very easy reach by car. The apartment itself is very well equipped, clean, and very very spacious. The lower balcony gets the sun as it rises in the morning and is ideal for breakfast. The patio upstairs as stated in the guide is indeed very big and has the sun all day long from sunrise to sunset. The pool area is very clean and although it is shared, on many occassions ( even at peak holiday time in August) my children had the pool to themselves. At most there was only about two other families around the pool at any one time. The description and amenties as described by the owner are quite accurate, and I did not feel in any way mislead by anything I read before I went. Communicating with Rick who owns the apartment was very easy and he has always been very quick to respond and easy to deal with. In short I would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment if I was going back to this area again, or recommending it to anyone else.

Great place...

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this great apartment. From the first e-mail, Rick always quickly responded to any question we had. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. With three bedrooms, an upstairs loft that can be used as an extra sleeping area, and three bathrooms, my wife and I, her aunt, and our three boys had all the space we needed. The apartment was clean, modern, and had a well-stocked kitchen. We also appreciate the available beach chairs, the designated parking space, and the short walk to the pool. We enjoyed breakfast almost every morning at George’s Bar, which is down the hill, close to the A-7 road. We also were able to take easy side trips to Marbella, Gibraltar, Ronda and Nerja. In all, we had a great time. Thank you Rick.

We had a lovely time. The apartment was ideal for us. The roof terrace was huge and ideal for sunbathing. Actually the photos didn't do it justice. Rick was superb, everything was well organised and he was very responsive to any queries we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great central location; great apartment.

What a great apartment. Fantastic views, great sun deck on both floors. You do need a car but we already knew that having stayed both in the same block and the area before (although there is a local bus service but having your own car is best). Apartment well stocked if you want to cook and good restaurants only 5 minutes drive (recommend Venta del Golf and if you want a bit more upmarket Cupobino Port). Great beaches only 15 minutes drive. Easy access to Fuengirola and Marbella. Definitely would stay here again. Apartment owner Rick was great with contact and instructions etc.

Las Cumbres penthouse at Riviera

Very well located in Riviera Del Sol, close to shops, bars restaurants and the beach. The penthouse is extremely well fitted out with a brand new kitchen and is very well maintained by the owners. Very spacious and plenty of room for everybody in our group to have their own space. Very handy to have an allocated car parking space for our hire car. The penthouse has great balconies overlooking Miraflores golf course with views to Mijas and the mountains. Would highly recommend the penthouse to al types of groups - families or couples. Definitely will return due to the location - only 20-30 minutes from Malaga airport.

Beautiful property

Just arrived back from our 4th stay at this property, and it just get better every time, this property is stunning with a very very nice rooftop for sun bathing, and a stunning pool area for sunbathing and relaxing, very clean apartment not very far from shops,bars,restaurants,beaches, also the owner has installed a beautiful new kitchen. Rick the owner can’t do enough for you, highly recommend this stunning apartment, we are going back in October with our family and grandchildren.

Paul's Family Getaway

Returning to this property for a third time. It's large and spacious and now has a brand new kitchen. Fantastic. We love the golf course views from the apartment terraces and the pool and gardens. They are great. We use the apartment as a base to visit Malaga to Marbella along the coast and Ronda and the lakes inland. Favourite beach is Cabopino and the walk from Max Beach to La Cala is great. Apartment is always clean and well equipped and owners seem to refresh apartment with something new every time we visit. Love it.

Perfect apartment for families to share

We stayed at Rick's apartment in July with another family. The apartment was spacious with an amazing roof terrace, where we ate most nights. The second seating area was perfect for the kids and the addition of the Wi, kept the kids entertained. The apartment was very well kitted out and had everything that we needed. The pool sits in lovely gardens and there was always plenty of sun beds / space around the pool. Rick was very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries.

Fantastic apartment

What a lovely apartment to stay in,fantastic location for restaurants,bars,shopping,and beaches,this is the third time we have stayed in this apartment in two years,and we can’t wait to go back next year,we would go back this year but have booked for Florida in November,we stayed with my brother and his wife in may and they both loved it,we went back in June with my daughter and her husband and two children,they absolutely loved it with the rooftop and the pool only yards from the house,Rick the owner couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful with car hire,Fetajo carhire who I would highly recommend,after Going to this area for the last twenty years I wouldn’t go past this apartment. Great break in the Sun

Return stay to this apartment. Very spacious with great views over the golf course. Fantastic roof terrace that gets the sun all day. There is a built in barbecue that we never used on this t will again in the near future. My brother is returning with his wife, and family in 3 weeks. Made mistake booking Malaga car hire but on good recommendation from Rick have booked with Fetajo

SUBERB APARTMENT

What a great apartment, had everything two families needed for a relaxing weeks holiday. Everything described was accurate and to be honest it was better, the roof terrace was amazing!!!! great for relaxing in the sun late afternoon and barbecuing into the evening. We did walk to the local beach/shops a couple of times 1/2hour walk with hills much easier in the car though, I would say a car is a must for shopping and exploring. We found a couple of beaches we loved were Playa Cabopino and Cala De Mijas both only about 5k either side on the A7. We used the pool late afternoon early evening and it was never too busy and always clean and tidy, with plenty of space in the sun or in the shade. We would definitely use this apartment again and recommend to friends and family. Rick the owner was great from start to finish in helping us book and plan our holiday. I would recommend Ricks advice on the hire car company Fetajo they were great and so easy!!! met us at the arrivals and we were driving away within 10 mins. Thanks again Ben.

Lovely property great location

Had a great vacation at a lovely apartment, this property is one of the best we have stayed in very clean, very spacious and the balcony was unbelievable, I would recommend a car, five minutes drive to beaches,restaurants,shops,and much more,the owners couldn't do enough for us stayed June 2017 we are going back to this area August 2017 but couldn't get this apartment as it's already booked, but looking forward to 2018 my tip book early well worth it.

Lovely apartment and great base to see all.

Excellent property, clean, tidy and very well furnished and kept. Duplex penthouse arrangement was large ( could sleep 8 really) with upper and lower terraces with views over golf course and towards Mijas Pueblo in the mountains. Upper terrace was lovely and used most days and for evening meals. Only a few minutes by car to the beach. Really liked Cabopino beach and restaurants. Marbella and Malaga (about 30mins) are well worth a visit, especially the old towns. Miraflores golf course looked good but didn't play. Just loads to do along this stretch of coast. Great base and would return to this apartment.

Very well presented property.

This property is in a very well maintained complex with excellent perimeter security and well manacured gardens surrounding an excellent pool. The residents are friendly , considerate and polite and there was never any late night noise. The apartment overlooks the fantastic golf course and is within a short drive to the beach. The upper terrace became a favourite socialising area at the end of the day. Great English TV, a must for my husband. Absolutely no faulting anything about this lovely apartment.

Great base for golfers

Third time using this apartment, party of 4 x golfers. Spacious, well maintained with superb outside space, this is a great base providing easy access to the many golf courses in the area. Excellent value for money when sharing the cost. Nothing negative about the apartment itself. Only slight drawback is the lack of bars and restaurants in walking distance - so transport (own or taxi) is essential for evenings out. A minor blip however and when returning to this area, we wouldn't even think about looking for anywhere else to stay.

Great apartment for families

The apart ment was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Our family of four (kids aged 5 and9) plus my parents stayed in August 2012. There was more than enough space for the six of us with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The roof terrace was superb and you could sit in the shade or sunshine any time of the day. The kitchen was small although well equipped with everything you would ever need! Air conditioned rooms were a welcome relief from the hot hot sun. A car is a must as the shops/bars/restaurants are just that too far away if you have young children, but adults could manage the walk although it would probably take 20 mins+. Pool area was well maintained only issue we had was taking the sunbeds down every day - although we did get it down to a fine art by the end of the fortnight. The pool area wasn't too busy and a few other English families were around for our children to make friends and play with. It did get quite busy on a weekend with Spanish families but this could have been because it was a public holiday. Lots to see and do in the area Campbino Beach was lovely, we went to the zoo and to the waterpark. Wouldn't recommend the sealife centre it was very disappointing. Overall it was 5* and would love to go back! Would certainly recommend!

A great place to stay

What a fantastic place to stay, everything you would need for an excellent holiday. With a party of 6 (including four teenagers) the facilities inside and out were ideal (and great golf facilities locally if that's what you in to). Lots of bathrooms, plenty of living space, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and the added bonus of wi-fi access (about £20 for the week). Lots of local restaurants, supermarkets, markets and beaches - I would however suggest that a car is essential. Plenty of places to visit if you want to get out and explore or lots of places to chill locally if that's what you want to do. Excellent contact, support and information in the run up to your trip and also locally based contact if you have any problems. Definitely recommend using this apartment - very sure you won't be dissapointed.

Many thanks to Rick for providing a great apartment for our holiday, and it was exactly what we were expecting with plenty of space for the 5 of us. It was very clean, had all the mod cons and facilities we required. We arrived early and the Apartment had just been made ready for us, big thanks to Sarah who very friendly and helpful and advised of the best Supermarkets to go to etc. The roof terrace really does give your holiday that extra piece of comfort. You could happily sunbath there all day, but the best thing is having the BBQ . We spent may evening on the terrace, just catching the views overlooking Mijas and watching the sunset whilst drinking a few cool beer’s. There’s ample table space and sun lounger’s, also there are pulley blinds to provide shade and privacy if required. The pool area was again very well maintained and was huge hit with our 9 yr old daughter, never really full and we even had it to ourselves on some occasions. Again very clean and safe (cleaned on a daily basis in the morning). The apartment is very well located to visit many places along the coast. Puerto Banus market on the Saturday was good; get there early as it gets very busy. Marbella Old Town was also very nice for an evening out. There are many nice restaurants near by in La Cala (La Gusto is the place to be) and a taxi to this resort was approx 10 Euros. Georges Bar at the bottom of the hill for a good breakfast as well Best Supermarket we found was in the La Canada shopping centre about a 20 minutes drive towards Marbella ,very well stocked with fresh meat and fish for the BBQ and a vast selection of wines and beers! The Super market inside the shopping centre in Rivera was the best local one ( the one underground). Mijas was a lovely place to visit in the evening. Lots of lovely restaurants and small shops for souvenirs. Great views too! We visited the Aqua Parc in Fengurola - quite expensive, they charge extra for everything once your inside like - lockers, Sun beds, Rubber rings for the rides etc but we had a good fun day out and our Daughter says this was the best day of the holiday! Definitely recommended a car when staying at this apartment as the walk down to the restaurants, supermarket near by would take a while and is downhill but the walk back up would be a nightmare! Would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting the area and would return there ourselves.

Thanks Rick for everything. We really enjoyed your place. The roof terrace is wonderful and all the bedrooms are good in size (in some places you can hardly open the doors). It´s also nice to have living area on both floors since we also have so many children (some of whome are teenagers). The kitchen was smallish but well equiped. We ate in most of the time and the kitchen had all we needed for preparing our meals (which is a lot). It was also a wonderful surprise to find such good arsenal of basic stuff in the cabinets. Meaning detergents, cleaning device, vacuum etc that you might need during your stay. The only thing I was missing was a hair dryer but it was no big deal. We had a car (which is needed up there) and made our daily trips to Benalmadena, Malaga, Fuengirola and other places. The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the entire coast. Capobino beach is also beatiful. Overall, the apartment felt like home and the kids enjoyed it also. Enought space for everybody. Two TVs also came in handy. We have stayed in more luxorious places but paid twice the money. Definately good value for the money.

Riviera Rental

Our second visit to the property, which has provided us with an ideal base in which to stay and soak up the sun on the large roof terrace or by the pool, or from which to travel and visit various parts of the region. Malaga, Granada, Gibraltar and Cadiz all commutable and closer is Marbella which provides a range of excellent shopping and restaurants. Dining experiences are fantastic throughout the area and there are good standard restaurants very close to the property. For us, a family of 4, the property provides above ample space. It is a clean and very well maitained property providing ample resources for guests. The air conditioning system is very effective and very easy to use, if required. The kitchen is very well equipped. Living accommodation is spacious, furnishings are good standard and there is the ability to enjoy the evenings 'al fresco' or indoors. Overlooking the Miraflores Golf Club, we enjoyed breakfast and coffee in the warm early morning sun on the terrace off the lounge, progressing upstairs to the roof for the hotter sun during the day, lazing on the sunloungers provided. There is also ample shade available with a retractable canopy. Otherwise, we headed to the pool which is clean, warm and very safe. Given the age of our children and their swimming capabilities, we had no worries about letting them access this area alone - the complex is safe and secured by coded gates and the pool area is visible from the roof terrace. Local beaches are clean and safe, as an alternative. The description of the property is good however we were really impressed with the size and layout when we first used it - way bigger than we imagined. Easy booking via the owner, we would highly recommend this excellent property to friends and relatives. Its lovely ! With loads of attractions nearby for the kids - all of good standard - including Aquaparc and the Zoo at Fuengirola, Aqualand at Torremolinos ( some scary things !!)....the list is too endless to write here - and of course, the region is steeped in culture too. There is a comprehensive information folder of things to see and do available at the appartment. Supermarkets are located nearby however we would recommend that visitors didn't use the Open Cor , which we found pretty extortionate ....but used the one situated next door at underground level which was much better stocked (fruit and veg in particular) and cheaper. Enjoy your time if you book - we will definitely return!

Golfing base

Just returned from staying in this penthouse apartment. It was everything we wanted. The location was excellent for our golfing holiday and very central to lots of the better value courses. The apartment was very clean and idealy furnished. The numerous bathrooms helped with getting ready in the mornings and saved valuable holiday time. We used the barbeque and large table and chairs on the roof top till late in the evenings while discussing the days golfing. The spanish neighbours were very friendly and helped me practice my pidgeon spanish on occassions. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday was had by all in very pleasant surroundings. I will definately return again!

I chose the apartment for several reasons.
The orientation of the apartment gives wonderful views from both the lower terrace and top terrace but is amazingly quiet and peaceful.
It is also spacious and large enough for a large family or even a couple of families and with the BBQ terrace we wanted somewhere to entertain.

We fell in love with the upper terrace and BBQ, and being able to dine outside in the warm evenings.
