- A bright living-dining room furnished with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a coffee table, two armchairs, a TV and a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a stand-up table and 4 high chairs, fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, a washing machine...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, a desk and a dressing area.
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 cm, a desk and a dressing area.
- Bedroom 3 : single bed 120 x 190 cm, a desk and a dressing area.
- Bedroom 4 : single bed 120 x 190 cm, a desk and a dressing area.

- A closed and private garden of 280 m² without vis-à-vis surrounding the house. The garden is 600 m² in total, the rest of the garden is for the owners.

Go for a walk on the shores of the Etang de l'Or or on the beach of Petit Travers for a moment of relaxation or water sports, then go to the market of Crès on the main square to stock up on fresh and local products (every Sunday morning). In May, don't miss the medieval festival of Crès and discover animations for young and old: tournaments, cooking workshops, medieval shows and traditional markets. On the weekend of August 15, the town festival takes place with concerts, bullfighting and pétanque tournaments. During this stay, you can also take the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Montpellier, Palavas-les-Flots or the typical village of Sommières.
