The estate, which was designed by the famous architect Jacques Couelle, is ideally located between the old villages of Mougins and Valbonne. This exceptional estate of 30 hectares is composed of 80 villas all built at the foot of a castle.



The villa consists of a large living room, with lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (without aircon), four bedrooms (aircon) with four bathrooms, two terraces and a landscaped garden.
Outside, parking spaces : under the covered porches or in the driveway of the domain.



Two swimming pools are available, one for children with a lifeguard from 9am to 8pm in summer and one for adults, as well as a summer restaurant, a park with an olive grove, bowls, 4 tennis courts complete the ensemble.

The environment is residential in a park with a castle as a place of reception which belongs to the various co-owners of the domain. This castle offers 8 luxury hotel rooms, as well as a restaurant, private lounges and an office work space. These services are reserved only for the co-owners and therefore for the tenants.
