Beach Haven is the perfect park-like retreat for being as relaxed or adventurous as you feel. The light and bright open concept living area include a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an eat-in island. The large dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a memorable meal with loved ones. Choose from many comfortable seating options throughout the room to relax and enjoy the ocean, lake, and pond views.

In the separate game room, watch a movie, play video or board games, or try your luck on the foosball or shuffleboard tables. The game room has it all, including a queen sofa sleeper.

There are three additional bedrooms (Primary King, and 2 queens) to choose from, two with en-suites and one additional detached bath.

The private guest cottage includes a queen bed, private bathroom with shower, sitting area, refrigerator, and TV.

Outside unwind in the ocean view hot tub or relax by the lively pond filled with colorful lily pads and fish. The storybook gazebo is the perfect place to read a book or just enjoy the nature all around you.

The property borders MacKerricher State Park. The park offers miles of hiking trails to enjoy all of the Mendocino Coast's natural splendor. It covers nine miles of coastline that contains several types of coastal habitat, including beaches, dunes, headlands, coves, wetlands, tide pools, forests, and a freshwater lake.
**Please Note: due to state park funding cuts, the trail around Lake Cleone that is used to access the beach from the property is not currently being maintained.

Less than 1/2 mile away, you will find Cleone Grocery & Ricochet Ridge Ranch, where you can schedule a horseback ride on the beach.

Although Beach Haven is pet friendly, please note that it is limited to dogs only with a maximum number of no more than 2.
