The house is very welcoming, equipped with every comfort and tasteful decoration. It is located in a quiet area 800 m from the city center of Uzès and its famous Provençal market. For horse enthusiasts you will be only 1500 m from the Uzès national stud farm.
The fully air-conditioned 90 m2 accommodation was completely restored in 2021 as well as its exteriors; This is therefore its first year of rental. It consists of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a master suite with its bathroom. The bedding is of very good quality: 2 beds of 160X200 1 bed of 140X200.
The spacious living room has a large, very comfortable sofa, you will have WIFI. Adjoining the living room, the reading room faces south.
The open kitchen offers all the amenities for amateur chefs.
The ideal is to have a car to be able to explore the surrounding area, but the house also lends itself to a stay without a vehicle given its location close to all amenities.
A bakery is a 6-minute walk from the house. Easy parking with the possibility of driving the car into the courtyard.
