The house is air-conditioned and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
It can accommodate up to 7 people, so it is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

On the first floor, you will find:
- A living room with 1 sofa bed ( 2 places) and a bench offering a single bed. Access to the television and a free Wifi connection.

- An independent kitchen, with access to the outside, and fully equipped (oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer).
We provide on request coffee machine, teapot and other kitchen utensils (request to be made before your stay).
You will also find a table to take your lunches inside.

- A room with two single beds of 80 cm which can be transformed into a bed of 160 if needed.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washbasin.
1 independent WC
A room with a washing machine and a cleaning kit (vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, etc...)

On the first floor, you will find a beautiful parental suite with a bed 140 cm for 2 people as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower and an additional WC.

Finally, you can enjoy an outdoor space equipped with a beautiful terrace with pergola, which allows you to dine outside even when the weather is not good, an outdoor table and a plancha.
Two deckchairs are at your disposal. The garden is entirely closed.

You have a parking space in front of the house.

Please note that sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay are not included in the price of your stay.
These services can nevertheless be added to your rental on request at the rate of:
- 13€ per single set / 24€ per double set
- 7€ per set of 2 towels
- 90€ cleaning package
