We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the amenities available at this property. In the property description, it states that "these wonderful amenities are available for an additional fee paid to Mauna Lani Resort", but we apologize if this was not more clearly communicated. However, the property does have amazing private amenities such as a pool, spa, and BBQ area, that we hope you were able to fully enjoy at no additional cost! Regarding the private chef, unfortunately this is an extremely busy season and most additional guest services such as private chefs are booked out over a month in advance currently so we were unable to accommodate your request on shorter notice. We are currently exploring all avenues in an attempt to expand our guest services offerings during this time, but we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We also apologize for the full trash bins, we agree that this larger property should have ample room to accommodate the amount of trash that may be produced for a standard stay. This is not indicative of the exemplary standards that Elite aims to uphold regarding service and cleanliness and we will address this issue with our housekeeping teams.
