Great property. One of the best stocked places we have stayed. Everything you could need and then some in the kitchen, plenty of towels. Construction next door was disclosed before booking, and really wasn’t an issue from a noise standpoint as they didn’t work very many hours. Would definitely consider returning!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly well-equipped, and in a fantastic location—and it truly made our entire Hawaii trip even better.Our group of eight—my spouse, our three sons, daughter-in-law, and future daughter-in-law—stayed for eight nights. The home was the perfect size, giving everyone their own space while still providing wonderful areas for us to gather together. Everyone enjoyed the pool, grill, and sound system. The home was private, beautifully landscaped, and so peaceful.We also loved the location. It was close to beaches, shopping, and dining, while still being a perfect launching point for exploring the island.The owners have thought of absolutely everything! Whether we were cooking and playing games at home, riding bikes, or heading to the beach, we had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels to beach chairs, snorkel gear, books, and even a wagon for hauling our gear.The binder with information about the home and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities was incredibly helpful.Most of all, I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed in a vacation home. Every member of our family loved this house, and we all agreed that it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We would happily stay here again!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Communication with the host was seamless. The home has everything you would expect from a high end property. It was of course spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. This is an ideal place to create priceless lifetime memories. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. The outdoor shower is an especially nice touch. We plan on staying here again in the future. Thank you for opening your home to others to enjoy.

This is an incredible property and would absolutely return to it. It was perfect for 3 adult couples. We had an amazing time. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It was really nice not having to worry about supplying paper towels and the like. All the laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and cleaning supplies were plentiful. They have all the pool and beach equipment you could need, including snorkel gear. The included bikes were nice. Loved the pool and spa! It is heated, which is great when it’s really windy out. The spa heated up quickly.Communication with the management company was good. It was easy to text the manager with any problems and they proactively reached out on check-in day.The neighborhood is nice, but the place is very much under construction. During our stay, the noise was minimal. The only negative I have to write about is that the primary bathroom’s outdoor shower is not private. It has a very clear view from the pool.I’ve stayed at another property nearby where they allowed use of the golf cart, but this property does not, which is disappointing.

Beautiful property and great location. This property had a very private back yard with ample seating and nice pool. The interior was beautifully decorated and had high end furnishings. Large kitchen with everything you would need. There was everything you needed in the garage for beach time. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in Mauna Lani

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay in Mauna Lani and the primary reason was this wonderful home. The house had everything we needed and would expect in a high-end house. Plus, we found the location to be ideal. We were 3 couples and loved that we each had a bedroom suite with bathroom.

We were lucky to find this property for our first visit to the big island. The house was well stocked for cooking and beach fun! We would highly recommend this home. Thanks to James and Jo and the management company for making our stay so pleasurable.

Our family enjoyed this lovely home and location. The owners and property manager were very responsive and helpful. Very quiet area and so convenient to the grocery, beaches,restaurants and other amenities the resort offers. Our top favorites- the lanai, fabulous kitchen, beach paraphenalia and the four bikes. Such a bike friendly area.

Everything you need in a comfortable home

We enjoyed this property very much! We were a 10 min walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Mauna Lani beach club (which ended up being our favorite beach, amazing snorkeling). The owners left us all of the beach equipment we might need as well as bikes which we used often. Plenty of space for a family of 5, and we enjoyed the pool as well.

Holiday paradise

I stayed here over the Christmas/New Years holiday with my grown children and my grandchildren. Such a beautiful well appointed house in a fantastic area, and a beautiful beach club. They even had a Christmas tree up which we very much appreciated! Everything you could need was provided, from beach gear, bikes and kitchen equipment, the pool and hot tub were perfect and access to a gym was awesome. I highly recommend this property and I have rented houses in many areas and this was my favorite!

Great location for 3 generations

The grandkids loved the pool and community pool. The Mauna Lani beach club snorkeling was awesome. The kids all saw sea turtles, lots of different fish and eels right off the beach. The house was very well stocked with beach toys, snorkeling equipment, bikes, coffee supplies and spices, etc. very open floor plan for family. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Very Nice Property

Property is beautiful and very well stocked for guests. Owner and Agent very responsive. Bikes, beach toys, beach chairs etc all provided. One thing to note is there is a fair amount of construction on the street. Wasn't noisy and didn't disturb us but wish we had been aware.

I think it’s important to clarify that we did notify you before your trip that there are two homes under construction on the other side of the street from us however it’s not visible from the house and as you acknowledge, it has not caused any disturbance to any of our guests or adversely impacted them in any way.

Great location with lots of amenities for beach

Great stay with kids and parents. Location is walking distance to market and the newly renovated Auberge Mauna Lani. I would recommend a golf cart for 6 to make evening sunset drives easier and for a better experience to compliment a rental car. Easy access to resort restaurants and beach chairs but secure them before 9 am or use the beach chairs provided. The pool and hot tub were key features to bridge the beach and sunset. We would return and stay here again.

Evertything about the property was as described. It was lovely and well appointed. We had 7 adults and a 10 month old and the space worked beautifully. The property manager was on top of check in and very responsive for any questions that we had. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms great. The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor space was great with two large umbrellas making the space comfortable.

Wonderful home Ina. Good location. Unfortunately the home is one of the few completed in the development and there is a lot of constriction. We basically lost a day of our stay due to the home next door having concrete poured. Very loud.

It is disappointing that you were the first out of 37 reviewers to give us only two stars even after we refunded you for the day that there was a construction delivery on one of the nearby lots and despite the additional cleaning costs we incurred due to the terrible condition you left our home in and didn't charge you for. Our first time experiencing 'review extortion' despite doing all we reasonably could to make it right for you before you repaid us by leaving our home filthy and giving us a two star review. Fantastic House and Host

The house is immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including kitchen supplies, beach gear, pool toys, bikes, and more. The host has prepared clear and comprehensive instructions for the house and organized a useful guide of local activities. We have stayed at many upper end properties over the past decade and this is by far the best. The location is great and the amenities are fabulous. We are sad to go home and wish we could stay much longer.

Beautiful hole in great location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this house. The layout worked perfectly with the Murphy bed in the office/tv room as a really nice feature, especially with our younger kids. The outdoor space was also really nice, lots of seating and the umbrellas were great to offer shade when needed. The pool is small but good for a quick dip and the view out to the golf course was nice and still felt private. It was great to have tons of beach gear, towels, chairs, and the 4 bikes to go use at the beach club.The location is great with a small grocery store and a few restaurants very close by. The beach is a short bike ride or rent a golf cart and it’s even easier to explore the different beach options, golf, etc. it would be really comfortable for 6 adults (3 bed rooms with en suites) and with the Murphy bed it adds the option for a couple kids.Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful modern home + great for large groups!

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous house during our week long trip to the Big Island. The home is STUNNING! It felt like we were living in a magazine. We loved relaxing in the pool and taking walks everyday to the ocean. The owners are so kind and even share some amenities to make your stay even more awesome, such as beach chairs, snorkel gear, bikes. Another fun touch was Sonos speakers throughout the house. We all agreed this was the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed at! We hope to be back again one day! :)
