Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my visit in Antibes. The apartment had everything one needs, was extremely impressed. Excellent location aswell, right in the centre of Antibes. Will definitely be staying there when I’m back. Highly recommend.

Excellent 1 bed appartment in middle of old town

This apartment is clean, with modern appliances and in great condition. Its location is great - right near restaurants, cathedral, ramparts walkway and market. For some reason our emails to letting agent were not responded t; but all was fine.

Convenient Base

Apartment is small, clean and quiet. Location is in the old town and could not be more central. Everything you need is a few steps away. It is a convenient little pad to base yourself if you plan to spend most of your time exploring beautiful Antibes and the rest of the amazing South of France.

This apartment was on the edge of the market and ideally located, but also SUPER quiet! Very comfortable and extremely clean with good air conditioning and a good washing machine - I will definitely be staying again and recommending it to my friends!

Comfortable apartment in a great position

Generally very good. Well equipped, very comfortable bed. Good, powerful shower. Surprisingly quiet despite being on one of the main streets of bars / restaurants. Not an issue as it was really only a place to sleep but the apartment doesnt reallt have a view from the windows & the only sofa (also a sofa bed I think) was quite small and not particularly comfortable. Appreciate that space is limited but a larger / mire comfortable sofa would be an improvement.

A perfect place in a perfect location!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The place is small and at the top of a long staircase, but we didn't mind either of these things at all. It was clean and updated, with a cozy bed and pillows, soft towels, a modern bathroom, and a cute kitchen space. You can see the mountains out one window, and it's very quiet even though it's in the middle of the neighborhood with restaurants literally outside the front door and the marina and museums all nearby. It was very easy to communicate with property management via email and they even helped us organize a driver to get back to the airport at the end of our stay. Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant!

This place was perfect for that we needed it to be! It was a wonderful central location. Not only was it close to the centre of Antibes, restaurants, bars & shops but it was a 5/10 minute walk away from the coast! The city itself was a smaller town in the South of France compared to Nice, CannesJuan les Pin but it still carried the hustle & bustle and livelihood one would want on a holiday. This place also has air conditioning and a pull out couch so it was perfect for the three of us! Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again! :)

The place is small and centrally located. We had issues with checkin and communication, which was blamed on a new staff member. Automated email communication told us to arrange a meet time for check in (which we did), but nobody showed up. Owner expected us to use self check in instructions (that never were sent). Hard to get hold of someone to correct it.

Die Kommunikation mit Jérôme war sehr einfach und es kam immer schnell eine freundliche Antwort. Das Apartment sah so aus wie auf den Bildern und zu dritt konnten wir unsere Ferien sehr geniessen. Sobald man das Haus verliess, war man schon mitten in der Stadt und man konnte zu Fuss alles gut erreichen. Die Klimaanlage im Apartment war ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Un séjour placé sous le signe du soleil et de la proximité avec cet appartement situé en plein cœur d’Antibes. Il permet de faire tout le nécessaire à pied, y compris d’aller à la plage. L’appartement est très bien agencé, la décoration est agréable et Jérôme est très réactif sur les questions ou précisions dont vous auriez besoin. Un très bon moment sur Antibes! Je recommande.

Top quality apartment in prime location

The apartment is exactly as it appears on the photos - everything looks brand new. It has a really well equipped kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher and a really fast induction hob. Large fridge, Nespresso machine and a great bluetooth speaker. Bed and pillows were really comfortable, and plenty of storage for a weeks stay. En-suite to the same quality as the rest of the apartment. You need to take note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, which is fine for a cabin bag but harder work if you have a large heavy suitcases (52 steps) Bathroom fan was on 24x7 - not sure if that is by design (a rental regulation requirement) or not. The apartment is very quiet, as it is at the rear of the building overlooking the courtyard. You have bit of a view of Port Vaubin from the window. Fast internet 200mb down and 300mb up. Note it cost €30 to change the towels mid-week. There are laundry's in town, but when you are working all day, you don't have time to hunt these things down. Location - hard to beat, unless you can get something of this quality with a sea-view.

Séjour parfait .

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ce logement . Il est idéalement situé , très bien équipé , décoré avec goût , un vrai petit nid douillet . L’accueil , l’exactitude , la ponctualité , la réceptivité de notre hôte Jerome (encore merci pour toutes vos attentions ) nous a laissé un profond sentiment de satisfaction , c’est pourquoi nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir .
