Hello Emi, thank you for your positive feedback on our house, we have indeed designed it to be as luxurious and comfortable as possible for our guests. You mention a water damage, we had indeed an important leak in the pool, which conducted to a full renovation of the pool in the spring of 2025. That leak had no impact whatsoever on the villa, given the pool is totally separated from the villa. The only wall which need to be renovated is outside the house near the gym. The interior has no leak and the little mark on the ceiling of the dormit which you sent on a picture is old and totally dry. We have exchanged on the smell you mentioned related about the laundry room which is linked to the controlled mechanical ventilation not working properly although it has been inspected during winter at the same time as the air conditioned. We are sorry to not have been able to assist you with that and have notified our maintenance team. On another hand you have notified of door handles which were lose and we have managed to have someone come at the house the next day (although a peak holiday week in France) to fix the handles. We are always hesitant to let some soap or shampoo as each guest have a different preference, and when we did that in the past we could see a lot of waste of these products as a result, which we are trying to avoid to be sustainable. We will reconsider for the future. Thank you for having stayed with us.
