This was our 3rd stay at this property and we absolutely love it. As I've said in my past reviews, being that this is a corner unit, the view is totally awesome! Additionally, they have everything in the unit that you need for a comfortable stay.The area is very walker-friendly with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Bryan (the host) and the owners are wonderful to work with. We're already booked for next year.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Bryan was a fantastic host, always available and extremely helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

Condo amazing,corner plot,great views up the beach.George the owner really nice and friendly,Bryan the host good communicator,unfortunately did not meet him due to breaking his ankle.Overall superb and have booked the condo for the same 19 nights next May.

Indian Rocks Beach Sunsets

Lovely, spacious condo with beautiful views of the Gulf. Centrally located between St. Pete and Clearwater with great restaurants within walking distance or short drives. The only recommendation would be additional keys for guests choosing separate activities as the entrance to the lobby required a special key.

The location of the unit is great and the view of the gulf was amazing. We had a few difficulties at the unit but Brian was very prompt in correcting the situation. The unit is very spacious and we really enjoyed our trip in spite of some bad weather.

Great Place!!

Absolutely loved this unit! Being located in the northwest corner of the building, our balcony had spectacular views of the gulf and far up the beach. We even saw dolphins a few times. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. Since the unit is at the end of the hall, it's nice and quiet, too.Many bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. However, when we wanted to stay in, we found the kitchen to be very clean and well equipped.The washer and dryer in the unit were very convenient.The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. As was the living room furniture.We not only enjoyed our time in the unit and at the beach, but the pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts were fun, too.We enjoyed our stay so much, we intend to go back as often as we can. We kind of consider it our home away from home.We'd like to thank our host, Bryan, for being so easy to work with and we look forward to working with him in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. This condo is well appointed. Pretty much anything you might have needed was there. :) The view was amazing. The sunsets incredible. Hearing the surf at night was just the right kind of "White Noise" you need to fall asleep. I especially enjoyed the pool for my morning lap swim. Bryan was very prompt and accommodating when ever we had questions concerning the condo. There was some construction happening but honestly it really wasn't bothersome. The stay was the R&R I needed. :)

Location, location, location

If you're looking for a relaxed vibe this is the place to be. The accommodation is very well presented with all the household amenities required. The view and access to the ocean is superb and the short distance (even on foot) to the local and varied restaurants/shops is ideal.

The property is located in such a great area of Indian rocks beach, close to great restruants and shopping. This town has a great vibe, and the beaches are the best around. The building is well maintained and secure, with incredible views from nearly every room.

It's on the northwest corner of the building 6th floor having it on the end gives you several more windows that lets in more light, plus the amazing views up the beach. Most units just face out to the water, in this unit you can see the water up and down the coastline. Plus having the unit on the end prevents walking traffic past the unit also giving more privacy.
